A Letter From Us
Dear Birth Parent,
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our profile.
We want you to know we are so excited to become parents
through adoption. Hopefully we can give you a good picture of
our lives and our home through this letter.
Our journey together started 13 years ago and our relationship with each other is stronger than ever. We met through
mutual friends and became best friends quickly. We started dating shortly after and never looked back. We married
in 2004 and are ready to build our family and share the life we have. Our life is fil ed with loving, supporting people
including family, neighbors and an incredible unit of friends. We also attend the local United Methodist Church. We
were both rasied Methodist but we are open minded about cultures and life styles.
We both graduated from college with Bachelor’s degrees and we went on to pursue our careers. Jason is a
production supervisor at a large bearing mil . Debbie is a software developer and is currently employed writing medical
software.
We believe in hard work and education so we wil always be there to support and encourage our child in school and
any activities they choose. Most of all we are caring people who love to have fun and always have time to make
each other smile. We love to travel and have adventures and can’t wait to share that with a family. We are so looking
forward to family trips to the zoo and amusement parks and school events.
A child would fit perfectly into our lives. We know we would be wonderful parents. We are so happy you took the
time to read about us.

About Us
Outside of work some of our favorite things include board
games, camping, hiking, traveling, walking the dog,
watching football, reading and watching movies.
Our travels have taken us to many places such as Brazil,
Ireland, Mexico and Jamaica. We look forward to
continuing to travel to many interesting places.
However, some of our favorite days are the ordinary every
day. We get home from work and walk our dog together,
make dinner together and settle in to watch tv or talk
about our days.

About Jason

Jason inspires me to be a better person. There are so
many qualities that I admire about him. He has an
amazing gift of being open and confident. People are
drawn to him in a way that makes it seem like there are
no strangers. Conversation comes easy to him and it
shows. That may be partial y because of his love of
knowledge. He loves learning about how everything is
made and loves trivial information. The one thing I admire
most about Jason is his ability to be there for his friends
and family in times of need. He has a huge heart and is
always there for loved ones in need.
About Debbie

Debbie is one of the most loving and caring people I
have ever met. She has a beautiful smile that lights up
a room and works hard at building a warm and loving
home. She is soft spoken and reserved and I know
that she has the wisdom to give her two cents when
it matters rather than just to talk for the sake of it.
She is always wil ing to try new things and loves
adventure. Debbie is my best friend and I couldn’t
imagine life without her!
Our Home
Our home is a blue ranch house built in
1953. We have updated the bathrooms
and added a new central heating and
cooling system. We have 4 bedrooms
and 1 ½ bathrooms.
We live in a wonderful location in our town. We are close to just about anything that
we need including the hospital, park and
walking trail. Even though it is so close to
town the backyard is bordered by woods
and has a great country feeing to it where
we have campfires and make smores
and watch the deer and bunnies play in
our yard.
We have 2 cats and a dog. The cats (Shadow and Misty) are 10 and 11 years old and the dog (Duke) is 3. They are great with kids.

Our Family & Friends
We live within 20 minutes of both of our parents and have very close
relationships with them. Debbie has 2 sisters who live nearby and
Jason has 1 brother who lives out of state. The entire family has
been so supportive of our decision to adopt. We have Friday night
dinners with Jason’s parents most weeks and love sharing our stories
and lives with them.

Our fathers are both retired. Jason’s father wil be available to help out
whenever help is needed but Debbie’s father stil works part time and
can help around his schedule. Jason’s mother works for the board of
education and was a special needs teacher. Debbie’s mother is a
nurse and is always wil ing to help out. Debbie is best friends with her
sisters and has a nephew that she watches from time to time.
