Mrs. Which, and Mrs. Whatsit.
After Meg Murry’s father disappears, Meg, Charles
Wallace, and Calvin go on an adventure through the
5th dimension called the tesseract to find him. They are
guided by Mrs. Who, Mrs.Which, and Mrs.Whatsit.

A Wrinkle in Time is a fantasy novel by Madeleine L’Engle. The setting of the book
takes place in different locations which include various planets like Earth,
Camazotz, Uriel, and Ixchel.

The theme in the story is love conquers evil.
On a scale of one through ten, I would give this
book a 7.5 because the book isn't appealing to all
audiences, it doesn't have much humor, and it is
slightly confusing.

Meg is not good in school even though her parents are
geniuses, but she is good in math because her dad
teaches her shortcuts. She has braces and wears
glasses. At the beginning of the novel, she is very
unsure of herself. She feels like she is different, and
this is a bad thing.
Meg has to face many obstacles to find her father.
One of these obstacles include her brother
becoming possessed by IT. After she finds her
father, Meg needs to free her brother using love.

To begin with, the main character of this novel is Meg Murry.
What happens to the character in the end?
In the end Meg faces IT and finds out love
conquers hate. She frees her brother, Charles,
from IT and returns to her home planet, Earth,
with Charles, Calvin, and her father Mr. Murry.
The Murrys reunite and the novel ends.

In the story Meg says, “Maybe I don’t like being
different, but I don’t want to be like everybody
else, either.” This shows how she doesn’t like that
she is different, but deals with it because she
doesn’t want to be like everyone else.

In the beginning of the story, Meg, Charles
Wallace, and Calvin O'keefe meet Mrs. Whatsit,
Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which. They take them on a
journey to the fifth dimension to find their father
who is missing.
In the middle of the novel, they tesser to the planet
Camazotz. They go to CENTRAL Central Intelligence where
they meet the man with red eyes that takes Charles Wallace
to evil. After they find Mr. Murry and meet IT, IT is too
powerful, so Mr. Murry, Calvin, and Meg tesser to the planet
Ixchel.
Explain the main character’s conflict.
The main conflict of the story is that Meg, Calvin, and Charles Wallace have to find
Mr. Murry who is being held captive on the planet of Camazotz. Once they find
him, then they are challenged with Charles Wallace becoming possessed by IT.
Tell what happened at the end of the story.
Finally, Mrs.Which, Mrs.Whatsit, and Mrs.Who appear
and tell Meg she is the only one that can save Charles
Wallace. She goes back to Camazotz after Mrs.
Whatsit tells her that she loves her. She also tells her
that she has one thing IT does not have. She goes into
IT’s lair to save Charles Wallace, and she tells Charles
she loves him. This tells her the one thing she has that
IT doesn’t, love. She saves Charles, gets her family,
and goes back to her home planet of Earth.

In the novel, Meg tells one of the beasts, “But
Father left him! He’s got to bring him back! He
can’t just abandon Charles Wallace!” This shows
how Meg is frustrated with her father after he left
Charles Wallace on Camazotz. This ultimately
encourages Meg to find her own courage.
