INITIAL PROVISIONS
(1) These Game Rules (hereafter the Rules) aim to regulate the operation of fixed-odds
betting by means of a public server enabling remote access to an unlimited range of
persons on the internet (online Fixed-Odds Betting), on the basis of:
(a) The Remote Gaming Regulation, 2004 (L.N. 176 of 2004 as amended), established
under the Lotteries and Other Games Act, 2001 (Chapter 438 of the Laws of
Malta - hereafter the Act)
(b) Licence No.: LGA/CL2/714/2010 issues by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority
established under the Act (hereafter the LGA).
(2) The Rules are fully approved by the LGA and regulate the legal relationship between
Bettor and Operator.
§2
DEFINITION OF TERMS
The following terms used in these Rules shall have the meaning assigned thereto (unless
otherwise specifically stated):
(1) Operator – the operator of Online Fixed-Odds Betting according to these Rules is the
company Gate Bet Limited holding licence No. LGA/CL2/714/2010 to operate this
game issued.
(2) Bettor – the Bettor means the participant in an Online Fixed-Odds Bet. The Bettor
may only be a natural person possessing the legal capacity required by Maltese law
to participate in online betting and who has demonstrated during registration that
he/she has reached the age of 18 and has paid the Bet Amount in line with these
Rules.
(3) User Account – the User Account is created automatically for every Bettor upon
registration. It is intended for the recording of all financial transactions (deposits,
withdrawals, etc.) and information on Bets.
(4) Winner – a Bettor to whose User Account Winnings are credited.
(5) Online Fixed-Odds Bet (hereafter Bet) – means the game on which the Winnings are
conditioned upon paying the Bet Amount, and this by guessing (or also by "correct
prediction") the sports results or rank in sports competitions, races and/or by
guessing other betting events mostly of public interest, e.g. elections, referenda,
cultural events, etc. A Bet is placed either on a single sports event, a non-sport
event or another event, as mentioned in the previous sentence, or on a set of
betting events (hereafter only Event). The amount of Winnings is directly
proportionate to the Betting Odds in which the Bet was accepted and to the Bet
Amount.
(6) Placing a bet – Placing a bet means the voluntary entrance into a one-time
agreement between the Bettor and The Operator under established rules (Single
Bet, Multiple Bet, special Bet type, etc. – see below). The Bettor enters into the
agreement the moment the Bet is placed in the computer database of The
Operator. Tickets are shown automatically in the Online Application. The
acceptance of Bets may be simplified (e.g. a number Bets on a single Ticket) or
advantaged (e.g. bonuses). Therefore, different Bet types exist (as various
modifications of Multiple Bets).
(7) Bet Amount / Deposit – is the amount wagered, which is deducted from the Bettor's
User Account the moment the Bet is placed.
(8) Event – refer to definition contained in § 2 of the Detailed Rules (PART C) below.
(9) Outcome – refer to definition contained in § 2 of the Detailed Rules (PART C) below.
(10) Odds – set the basic probability rate for a specific Event or take into account the
influence of other facts regarding the Bet acceptance. Odds are defined by the
Operator with the accuracy of two decimal points and may be variable. Odds and
their Multiple are the basis for determining the Betting Odds after possible
reductions and/or bonuses.
(11) Betting Odds – the number by which the Bet Amount is multiplied in order to
determine the Potential Payout amount if correct results have been predicted. The
Betting Odds determine the probability of Winnings and are rounded up or down to
two decimal points.
(12) Official Result – is the result of an Event obtained from official sources and
published by the Operator.
(13) Evaluation – is the translation of Official Results into Bets with the aim of
determining the winning Bets.
(14) Winnings – are the materialised Potential Payouts or possibly reduced Potential
Payouts based on the respective provisions of the Rules on Bet refunds.
(15) Potential payout – represents the possible total Winnings, presuming all predictions
in the Bet are correct. The amount of the Potential Payout is given by multiplying
the Betting Odds and Bet Amount.
(16) Net Winnings – represent the difference between the Potential Payout (Winnings)
and the Bet Amount.
(17) Single Bet – simple Bet – is a Bet consisting of a single Outcome.
(18) Multiple Bets – Bets containing two or more Outcomes. For Single Bets and
Multiple Bets, the uniform identification Multiple is used in the Online Application
when a Bet is placed.
(19) SYSTEM – is the identification used in the Online Application for bets placed as
System and Multisystem.
(20) Online Application – is the computer application on the Operator’s web portal
through which Bettors place Bets.
(21) Ticket – is the electronic record and confirmation of a placed Bet. Tickets are stored
in the computer database and are displayed for Bettors in the Online Application.
Abbreviations and codes determined by the Operator are used to identify certain
information. One Ticket may include more than one Bet.
(22) Offer (Betting offer) – the offer of selected Events published by the Operator for
accepting Bets on Outcomes as selected by the Bettor.
(23) Supportive Bet – is a Multiple Bet containing Supportive Outcomes.
(24) Supportive Outcomes – identical Outcomes and/or Outcomes which directly or
indirectly support each other (e.g. Bet on the victory of a tennis player in the final
match of a competition and at the same time the Bet on the victory of the same
tennis player in the entire tournament).

b) possesses the required legal capacity to participate in online betting,
c) is duly registered (see below),and
d) has paid the Bet Amount
(2) The following individuals are not allowed to bet with the Operator:

(3) The Operator is not obliged to accept a Bet. In particular, Bets placed by individuals
who seriously or repeatedly breach the contractual terms of these Rules, the Terms
or of the Online Application will not be accepted.
(4) Bettors are obliged to make themselves familiar with the Rules and Online
Application before placing a Bet. By placing the Bet, the Bettor acknowledges all
terms and conditions defined by the Operator as binding terms. Lack of knowledge or
subjective interpretation of the terms does not void any Bet, and possible claims
arising from this lack of knowledge will be disregarded.
(5) Bettors register online and each Bettor is responsible for the correctness and
currentness of the information entered during registration. At the Operator’s
request, the Bettor must show his/her identity and demonstrate correctness of
information. In case of data duplicity regarding the name, date of birth and bank
account number on several User Accounts, such User Accounts will be cancelled
and/or blocked.
(6) Bettors are responsible for maintaining their identification data secure and must
prevent its misuse. The Bettor's identification data are his username and password.
§4
PLACING A BET
(1) Bets shall be placed through the IT technology in the Online Application run by
Operator only for those Outcomes for which the Operator has published Odds. The
circumstances determining the Winnings (result of a match or another future Event)
must not be known to anybody in advance and must be of such nature that neither
the Operator nor the Bettor may have influence over them.
(2) Odds are published in the Online Application and the Operator reserves the right to
amend the Odds at any time, to limit a Bettor's Bet Amounts and this even for
separate Outcomes or for any period of time, to suspend the acceptance of Bets on
certain Outcomes, to possibly place them in Multiple Bets and/or otherwise limit the
acceptance of Bets. Should Odds be in any manner amended, the binding Odds for
the Bettor and the Operator are those recorded in the computer database of the
Operator at the moment of placing the Bet.
(3) The Operator may amend the Betting Odds (e.g. by making them more
advantageous). The conditions upon which such amendments shall be made must be
published by the Operator in advance and the amendment must be marked on the
Ticket and recorded in the computer database of the Operator. Betting Odds
amended in this way are also subject to the weekly limit of the Net Winnings set by
these Rules.
(4) The Operator reserves the right to determine the start and end of the acceptance of
Bets for separate Events. Bets may be placed for a specific Event only up to the start
of such Event (with the exception of LIVE betting).
(5) The Operator is not obliged to provide Bettors with additional information on Events
(e.g. information on a neutral playing field, surface type, injuries of players, close-up
of auditorium, etc.).
(6) In case of doubts due to any unclear identification(s) when placing a Bet, the Bettor is
obliged to ask for an explanation before placing the Bet. Claims regarding incorrect or
misunderstood identification(s) (same names, unclear naming, abbreviations, failure
to understand the Bet subject, etc.) will be disregarded.
(7) The number of Bets placed by one Bettor may be limited, and any Bet may be subject
to an amendment of Bet terms (change to the Odds, withdrawal of an Outcome from
the Offer and other similar amendments).
(8) After a Bet is placed, it is prohibited to effect any further modifications to the Ticket.
Falsification and alteration of Tickets stored in the computer database is punishable
under current applicable legal regulations and in such cases, the entitlement to
Winnings and/or a refund of the Bet Amount is forfeited.
(9) Bet placing methods
a) Bettor must be logged on to the Online Application and then the following
procedure applies:
aa) click on the specific Outcome Odds to bet,
ab) select the desired Bet type (SYSTEM may be selected in the Online
Application only after predicting three Outcomes),
ac) select the Bet Amount in EUR (or another currency supported by the
Operator) for the individual Bets or groups thereof, provided that the Bet
Amount must not exceed the balance on the User Account,
ad) confirm the Bet by clicking the "Bet" button. When the Bet is placed this way,
it is stored in the computer database of the Operator.
b) If the Bet Amount for a specific Bet contradicts the respective Rules provisions
and/or other restrictions imposed by the Operator (e.g. Winnings limit, maximum
Bet Amount, etc.), the Bettor is notified about this when placing the Bet and the
respective Bet is accepted only after the Bet Amount and/or Bet has been
regularised. A similar procedure applies in the case of non-compliance with the
Rules (e.g. setting a 3- Multiple limit for an Outcome) and any other relevant
regulations.
c) Placed Bets may be cancelled by the Bettor within five minutes of their
acceptance (unless otherwise stipulated in specific terms). Bets cannot be
cancelled after the specified moment for the end of the acceptance of Bets for any
Event contained in the Bet.
(10) The Bet Amount for a Bet is paid by the Bettor by transferring the corresponding
amount from the User Account. The User Account may be charged in the following
way:
a) transferring money through a transfer order from the Bettor's bank account in
favour of the Operator,
b) by his/her payment card,
c) The Operator may also enable Bettors to pay the Bet Amount by using other
payment systems which may be operated legally within the territory of EU
countries.
(11) Any registered Bettor may use the current bonus offer in the Online Application.
§5
TYPES OF EVENTS AND OUTCOMES
The Operator publishes the Odds of the Outcomes including, without limitation, the
following:
a) matches with two possible results (see Definition of Terms),
b) matches with three possible results (see Definition of Terms),
c) victory, ranking and qualification of an individual or team in one-time sports
competitions and/or in sports disciplines of a long-term nature,
d) facts directly related to the course or result of sports, or other Events, etc.
Example:
da) Bets on non-qualification – marked as "NO",
db) Bets will not win – marked as "WILL NOT WIN",
dc) Bets on victory by goals (simple and handicapped),
dd) Bets on the course of a tennis match,
de) Bets on the total number of goals in a match,
df) Bets on the number of goals in a league round,
dg) Bets on the exact result of a match,
dh) Bets on the goal scorer in a match,
di) Bets on the best goal scorer in competitions of a long-term nature,
dj) Bets on fictional matches (Duel),
dk) Bets on the best one from a couple (so-called Sportsbets),
dl) Bets on the results of elections, etc.
e) facts in the course of the happening of the Event (LIVE-type Bets),
The Operator may accept Bets on facts in pre-defined and designated (LIVE)
Events even in the course of such events. Odds for particular Outcomes are
updated continuously during the Event. In LIVE-type Bets the following restrictions
apply:
ea) LIVE-type Bets may be placed as Single Bets and, where enabled by the
Operator, also as Multiple Bets, but may be compiled only from LIVEtype Outcomes.
eb) LIVE-type Bets cannot be cancelled.
§6
BET TYPES
(1) The Operator accepts the following basic types of Bets:
a) Single Bets,
b) Multiple Bets,
(2) Breakdown Bets
Bettors may combine their predictions in different ways (creating Single Bets and
Multiple Bets) and, in order to simplify and speed up betting, use so-called
breakdown Bets. Breakdown Bets bring multiple Bets together on a single Ticket
whereas each individual Bet is evaluated separately under the respective provisions of
the Rules.
(3) Bonus Bets
When fulfilling applicable conditions, Bettors may also make use of so-called bonus
Bets, whereby they obtain a bonus specified by the Operator. This applies particularly
to the following Bets:
a) where the Bettors receive an odds bonus in an amount set by the Operator when
fulfilling the minimum amount of Outcomes predicted in the Bet and/or minimum
Outcome Odds in the Bet.
b) where the Bettor receives a bonus in the amount of a specific multiple of his/her
Winnings or Bet Amount when fulfilling all conditions of the Bet (Bets).
c) where the Bettor receives a bonus in a specific amount defined by the Operator
when fulfilling all conditions of the Bet (Bets).
(4) When placing Bets, the following terminology applies in the Online Application:
a) For Single Bets and Multiple Bets the uniform identification Multiple is used.
b) For System and Multisystem the uniform identification SYSTEM is used.
§7
BET LIMITS
(7) The minimum Bet Amount for individual Bets is EUR 0.10. Bets may be placed in Bet
Amounts (increments) of EUR 0.01, i.e. 0.11, 0.12, 0.13, etc. The Operator reserves
the right to amend, and this even for certain specific cases only, the minimum Bet
Amount and also the minimum increment of the Bet Amount or to set the minimum
Bet Amount limit per Bet or Ticket depending on the Bet type. However, Bettors
must be informed about these amendments in an appropriate manner. In cases
where another currency supported by the Operator applies to the Bets, the EUR
figures indicated in these Rules, the Terms and the Detailed Rules shall be in such
other supported currency and in the amount deemed appropriate by, and practical to
the Operator.
(8) The maximum amount of the Betting Odds is not limited in any way.
(9) The maximum Bet Amount is limited only by the weekly limit of the Net Winnings on
the Bets placed by the Bettor within one betting week, unless the Operator
otherwise restricts the maximum Bet Amount for Bets or Outcomes.
(10) The maximum limit for Net Winnings for Winnings achieved within one betting week
per Bettor is limited to EUR 300,000. Winnings achieved within one betting week
shall be construed as the Winnings evaluated over the past six calendar days and the
current day, calculated always from 00:00 CET of the previous 6th calendar day until
24.00 CET of the current day.
(11) In the event that Net Winnings reach higher amounts, only the amount equivalent to
the maximum limit will be paid out and/or credited to the Bettor's account.
WINNINGS AND BET REFUNDS
§8
OFFICIAL RESULT
(1) All Official Results will be published in the Online Application. Should it be
determined that the published Official Result is incorrect, the correct result will be
published without delay.
(2) For matches with pre-defined duration (e.g. soccer, hockey), if duly started and
completed in the regular playtime, the Official Result is considered to be that
achieved on the playing field during the regular playtime defined by the judge or
timing, i.e. not the final result, achieved after extra-time, penalty shoot-out, etc.
The Operator may set exemptions from this provision in advance.
(3) If any match is duly ended and then won/lost by defaults (disqualification, doping,
etc.) or repeated, the final result achieved on the playing field, not the result by
default, prevails.
Results by default are taken into account only for:
a) Bets on qualification (e.g. in cup competitions), provided that
b) the complaint (and/or another fact with a possible implication for the
qualification) was raised and published prior to depositing Winnings in the User
Account.
(4) After the Official Result is declared and the complaint resolved, no further correction
of the result will be considered (e.g. disqualification for banned doping, etc.).
(5) Should the course of an Event (with the exception of matches with pre-defined
duration where Bets are refunded – see below) be shortened or ended (Formula
One, speedway, ski jumping, Davis Cup, baseball, etc.), the result and ranking set by
the competent body shall prevail.
§9
BET EVALUATION
(1) If an Event takes place later than at the published time and/or if the competent body
does not declare, for any reason, the Official Result, then Operator reserves the right
to refund the Bets accepted for this Event.
(2) If an Event is realised earlier than at the originally defined time, only the Bets placed
until the start of this Event remain valid.
(3) If any Event is interrupted (tennis, occasionally football, etc.), then the Bets placed
before the end of the Event and the publishing of the Official Result.
(4) All Bets are evaluated on a continuous basis, but Winnings may be credited to User
Accounts only after the Official Results of all Outcomes classified in each Bet are
known.
(5) If the same teams play two or more matches together in a single day (e.g. baseball),
the Bet subject is always the first of these matches.
(6) If multiple matches take place in a single competition, in one place and within a short
period of time, the Bet subject is always the first match which took place (world
downhill skiing championship, etc.).
(7) Absence, withdrawal or disqualification of a listed racer/team from an Event which is
in course or which has taken place, invalidates the Bet on the victory and/or ranking
of this race/team. Conversely, Bets against the victory or Bets for non-qualification of
such racer/team will be considered as winning bets.
(8) Playing a tennis match on a different surface than the one assumed has no
implication on the validity of a Bet.
(9) If Supportive Outcomes are entered within a Bet, then only one of these Outcomes
will be left in the Bet for the purposes of the Evaluation, and this shall be the one
with the highest Odds.
(10) If official sources publish that a complaint has been raised prior to the declaration
of the Official Result in the Online Application, the Event Evaluation will commence
only after the competent sports body shall have made the final decision on the
result. This does not apply to Events (matches) announced for a precisely defined
duration of play (e.g. soccer, hockey), where the result achieved on the playing field
applies – see Official Result.
(11) Minor errors in the name of a racer/team, if such errors do not affect the material
substance of the Bet placed and cannot mislead the Bettor, will not be considered in
Bet Evaluation.
(12) If a match is not completed, then the only Outcomes related to this match that will
be evaluated in the result, are such Outcomes, whose result is clearly given at the
moment the match has ended (e.g. halftime result, scorer of the first goal, the
number of points/goals has exceeded the pre-defined limit, etc.).
(13) Qualification is regarded to be part of the contest. If a racer or team participates in
qualification but does not qualify for the contest, then the Bets on the victory and
ranking (and also the Sportsbets) for such racer/team are regarded as lost ones.
(14) If Bets are placed on the goal scorer in a match, the scorer's own goals are not
considered in the Bet Evaluation.
§ 10
ENTITLEMENT TO WINNINGS
(1) The entitlement to Winnings arises after the Official Result has been published,
provided that all these conditions have been met:
a) the Rules and Online Application provisions have not been breached in any
manner,
b) for the predicting of special Bet types, the respective rules published by the
Operator have been observed,
c) the result being the subject of the Bet was predicted correctly, or all predictions in
the Bet were correct for Bets containing multiple Outcomes, without using
Supportive Outcomes.
(2) The entitlement to Winnings for all Bet types is reduced if two or more participants
(racers or teams) are ranked in the same place (order). The Winnings are divided by
the number of participants with the same ranking. Bets against the victory of
participants sharing the first rank are regarded as lost ones.
(3) If doubts about the regularity of a Bet arise prior to the payout of Winnings and/or a
placed Bet is evaluated as suspicious, then the payout of Winnings will be suspended
until the respective body has published a legal decision.
§ 11
PAYOUT OF WINNINGS
(1) Winnings will be credited to the User Account without delay after the Official Result
has been published.
(2) The Operator reserves the right to deduct any already credited Winnings from
Bettor's User Account in cases such as when a result was typed in incorrectly, was
changed and/or for any other cogent reason.
(3) The Winner is entitled to the payout of Winnings in breakdown Bets for each
correctly predicted individual Bet, i.e. for each Multiple Bet and each Single Bet.
§ 12
BET REFUNDS
(1) Bets will be refunded in these cases:
a) If an Event with a pre-defined duration and/or with another pre-defined criterion
(number of winning sets, etc.) is not started, is not concluded with an official
statement on the result and/or is prematurely terminated e.g. for unforeseen
events such as fog, power outage, offensive behaviour among the spectators, etc.
(except for retirements and disqualification). In this context, even the Bets placed
on facts related to such match, e.g. number of goals in a league round, exact
result, etc., are refunded. unless these Outcomes have been closed with an
Official Result. For unfinished and shortened tennis matches, handicapped Bets
and Bets on the exact result placed on such matches are also refunded (including
scratch [player withdrawal] and disqualification).
b) If the home team is indicated incorrectly (i.e. it was the team stated in the
Outcome heading as the “away” team who had the home field advantage). In this
case, the Bet will be refunded regardless of the result. This provision does not
apply to Bets on matches on neutral ground, tournament matches, table ranking,
Bets of a long-term nature and to cases where the rival's playing field or other
venue is selected voluntarily (or stipulated by the competent body).
c) The Outcome was inputted incorrectly and/or its input has lost sense due to force
majeure (change to competition rules, etc.).
d) In the event that the Bettor places a Bet on a “bad line”, or if due to an IT failure
or human error, the Odds for Outcomes were inputted in such ratio, that by
combination thereof, Winnings may certainly be achieved.
e) The Event takes place at a later date/time and the Operator avails itself of its
right to refund the Bet.
f) The Event was not officially concluded and/or was cancelled.
g) If the Bet is placed obviously after a match has been concluded and/or during such
match (except for LIVE Bets).
h) If a baseball match in the basic competition part does not take place on the day
stated on the Betting offer.
i) For Bets on the total number of goals (and/or other related Events) in the
competition/round, not all the matches in the respective competition/round take
place.
j) For Sportsbets (on the better one from two racers/teams) if one or both of them
fail to start and/or they both drop out (will not classify).
k) Failure of any player to participate in a completed match for Bets on his/her
individual performance in this match (e.g. if the player shall score a goal in the
match or achieve a certain number of points, etc.).
(2) The above procedure applies to Single Bets. A Multiple Bet is regarded as invalid if all
Outcomes contained therein are invalid. In other cases, the Multiple Bet remains
valid and invalid Outcomes will be excluded from all Bet types and the possible
Winnings will be calculated without these Outcomes (the Odds of these invalid
Outcomes will be replaced by 1:1 Odds).
LIVE-type Bets will be refunded in the event of a scratch (player withdrawal) in a tennis
match This provision does not apply for corresponding Outcomes the result of which is
unequivocally established at the moment of the scratch.
§ 13
FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) The Operator undertakes to keep all data on Bets and Bettors confidential.
Exemptions are established by law.
(2) The Bettor acknowledges that the Operator is obliged to ascertain and track his/her
personal data in cases stipulated by applicable legal regulations.
(3) The Bettor must comply with all generally binding regulations that apply to his/her
participation in the Bets.
(4) The Operator supports the principles of responsible gaming, which principles are
published for Bettors in the Online Application.
(5) The Operator reserves the right to amend these Rules.

§1
INITIAL PROVISIONS
(1) Through these Detailed Betting rules (hereafter only Detailed Rules) the company
Gate Bet Limited duly registered under Maltese law on 11 january 2012 with
company registration number C 54976 , having its registered address at Suite 3, 1st
Floor, Valletta Buildings, South Street, Valletta, Malta VLT 1103 (hereafter the
Operator) lays down detailed rules for the acceptance of Online Bets.
(2) The terms used in these Detailed Rules match those used in the Terms (PART A
above) and those used in the Rules (PART B above).
(3) The Bettor is obliged to make himself/herself familiar with these Detailed Rules
before placing a Bet. By placing a Bet, the Bettor accepts the provisions of the
Detailed Rules as binding provisions. A lack of knowledge of these Detailed Rules or
their subjective interpretation does not void any Bet and possible claims stemming
from this lack of knowledge of these Detailed Rules will be disregarded.
(4) Bettors may file justified complaints and claims to the Operator also when the
provisions of these Detailed Rules have been breached (are suspected to have been
breached). In this case, they shall follow the respective provisions of the Terms.
§2
DEFINITION OF TERMS
(1) Event – is a sports or other future Event selected and published by the Operator. An
Event means one separate sports event or other event for which the Operator
publishes Outcomes. Each Event must have its own serial number designated by the
Operator (e.g.: Event number 800: České Budějovice – Slavia Praha).
(2) Outcome – is one of the possible results (predictions) of an Event. The number of
Outcomes is determined by the Event type (match with two or three possible results)
and a decision by the Operator on their more detailed offer (e.g. exact results). Odds
are allocated to each Outcomes, i.e. this number expresses the probability of a
specific result (prediction). Outcomes are defined e.g. as follows:
1 – home team victory
10 – Double chance – home team
0 – draw
02 – Double chance – away team
2 – away team victory
V – victory
1-4 – rank up to 4th place
2:1 – prediction of an exact result (e.g. 2:1)
(3) Prediction "1" is allocated to a participant or team on the first position in Event
name, prediction "2" to a participant or team on the second position in the Event
name.
(4) The home team means a team defined this way in the match record/report and
stated accordingly in the first position in the Event name. A change from the original
match venue to a neutral venue, for any reason, has no impact on this fact (force
majeure, closing of playing field, etc.). In one-time sports competitions and
competitions of a long-term nature (tournaments, cup finals, etc.) the
participant(s)/team in the first place in the Event name are regarded as the home
participant(s)/team. The participant(s)/team in the second position in the Event
name are regarded as visitors.
BETS
§3
BASIC OUTCOME TYPES
(1) In Fixed-Odds Betting, we distinguish between three basic Outcome types:
a) DUO – bets may be placed on separate matches with two possible results
(victory, loss),
b) KVINTA – bets may be placed on separate matches with three possible results
(victory, draw, loss) extended by a Bet on the home/away team not losing the
match,
c) VICTORIA – bets may be placed on the victory and ranking of an
individual/team in a one-time sports competitions or sports disciplines of a
long-term nature.
(2) DUO – this is a Bet on an Outcome where only results "1" and "2" are possible.
Therefore, a draw (0) is ruled out:
a) in matches without a pre-defined playtime (tennis, volleyball),
b) in matches with a pre-defined playtime where an ancillary criterion decides on
the result (qualification in football cup competitions).
(3) KVINTA – in this Bet the Bettor has five options (football, hockey, etc.):
a) 1 – prediction on the home team victory – correct: 0:0, 1:1, 2:2, etc.
b) 1,0 – a prediction on the home team not losing the match, i.e. a simultaneous
Bet on the victory/draw for the home team – correct: 0:0, 0:1, 1:1, 2:0, etc.
c) 0 – a prediction on a draw, i.e. no team will win the match – correct: 1:0, 2:0,
2:1, etc.
d) 0,2 – a prediction on the visiting team not losing the match, i.e. a
simultaneous Bet on the victory/draw for the visiting team – correct: 0:0, 0:1,
1:1, 1:0, etc.
e) 2 – prediction on the visiting team winning – correct: 0:0, 2:1, 1:1, 2:3, etc.
Bets are placed according to the rules of separate competitions with pre-defined
duration unless otherwise stated in the offered odds.
Sample statement of offered odds:

(4) VICTORIA – in this Bet the term "ranking" is the key criterion. "Ranking" means a
specific part of the official result deed, e.g. "V" stands for victory, and “1-3" stands
for the ranking from rank one to rank three.
a) This Bet type includes:
aa) individual matches of certain disciplines and/or their long-term result (VC
Monaca and simultaneously Formula 1 world championship),
ab) ranking in the table of championships and/or other competitions,
b) If two or more racers/teams are ranked in the same position for all Bet types,
the amount to be paid out is divided by the number of racers ranked in the
same position. Example: Ahonen and Morgenstern share the fifth rank in a ski
jumping match. The amount to be paid out for the "1-5" ranks for one ski
jumper is reduced by 50%, which means that with the Odds 1.8 and Bet
Amount EUR 100, one payout is EUR 90 instead of EUR 180. Also, the amount
to be paid out e.g. for the "1-10" ranks does not change.
§4
OTHER OUTCOMES
(1) Bet on non-qualification – e.g. "NOT 1-2" means that the competitor ends up in a
worse position than rank two.
(2) Bets of "will not win" type – e.g. "WILL NOT WIN" Germany in world football
championship means any of the participating teams but Germany wins.
(3) Bet on victory by goals:
a)
simple – in this Bet the Bettor predicts the victory, mostly of the
favourite, by a pre-defined minimum number of goals. Bets are placed
for a pre-defined playtime.
b)
handicap ("HcS") – one of the rivals is given, according to the
specifications, a certain margin (by one, two, three, etc. goals).
Example:
"Sparta – Olomouc 0:1" means that the Olomouc team starts with a margin of
one goal for this Bet type.
Official Result for "HcS" is determined as follows: the margin stated in the
specifications is added to the result achieved on the playing field during the
pre-defined playtime. Example: if Sparta wins 2:0, the correct result is
considered to be 2:l, i.e. predictions l, l0 win.
(4) "Duel" is a Bet on a fictional match between two teams/racers defined by the
Operator within a single sport type (e.g. hockey: Sparta – NY Rangers). The Official
Result is defined based on the number of scored goals and/or other criteria for
designated teams/racers in the matches within their competitions, mostly on the
same day (according to local times) within a pre-defined playtime. If the Offer
features two matches of a designated team/racer, the match included in the "Duel" is
considered to be that which takes place earlier. These Bets will be identified in the
offered odds as a "Duel". When assessing the need to refund Bets, the matches
between designated teams/racers are evaluated separately.
(5) Bets on the course of a tennis match –the Bettor must correctly predict the
continuous state of the tennis match. Example: what tennis player will win two sets
as the first one in a three-set match or what the continuous state after two sets will
be, etc. If the match is terminated before the specific criterion has been reached,
Bets are refunded.
(6) Bets on the number of goals in an individual match – the Bettor must correctly
predict the exact number of goals scored in a specific match in a pre-defined
playtime.
(7) Bets on the number of goals in a league round– in this Bet the range or another
criterion such as the number of goals scored in all matches of a certain round within
a defined playtime must be correctly predicted.
(8) Bets on the exact match result – in a pre-defined playtime.
(9) Bets on the goal scorer in an individual match – in a pre-defined playtime.
(10) Bets on the best scorer in a sports discipline of a long-term nature, e.g. world
football championship.
(11) Bet without draw– in this Bet the winner of the match in regular playtime must be
correctly predicted. Bets are returned in the event of a draw.
BASIC BET TYPES
§5
SINGLE BET
Single Bet – simple Bet – is a Bet containing only a single Outcome.
§6
MULTIPLES BET
(1) Multiples – a Bet containing two and more Outcomes.
(2) Multiples Bets enable the combination of all Outcome types on a single Ticket.
(3) Combinations cannot be made for Outcomes that support each other and are directly
or indirectly dependent. Examples: 1) victory of Federer over Nadal in one match and
the overall victory of Federer in the tournament, 2) victory of AC Milan in a football
match over any other team in the cup match of the Champions League in
combination with a Bet on the overall victory of AC Milan in the Champions League,
3) the ranking of the same racer/team in various ranges in the results statement, 4)
victory of a specific team in an ice hockey match in combination with a Bet on the
exact result of the match to the benefit of this team, 5) several same matches, etc. It
is the Bettor's duty not to add Supportive Outcomes to Multiples Bets. If a
Supportive Bet is used, the Operator will leave in the Evaluation only one of these
Outcomes in the Multiples Bet – the one with the highest Odds.
If, after excluding Supportive Bets, the Bet fails to meet the conditions applying to
any of the special Bet types, such Bet will be assessed as a standard Multiples Bet.
(4) In Multiples Bets the Bettor may combine a maximum of 50 Outcomes.
(5) The entitlement to Winnings in a Multiples Bet arises provided that all Outcomes
were predicted correctly.
Any single incorrect prediction makes the Multiples Bet lose. The payout amount is
calculated by multiplying the Deposit by the Winnings ratio, i.e. by the individual
Odds (the rounding up/down of the Winnings ratio and the payout amounts are
subject to the respective provisions of the Rules).
Example:
Odds 2:1 and 3:1 for EUR 100 means:
2 x 3 x EUR 100 = EUR 600 for payout.
(6) If the Bets in a Multiples Bet must be refunded due to one or multiple Outcomes, §
12 of the Rules applies.
BREAKDOWN BETS
§7
JOINT RULES FOR BREAKDOWN BETS
(1) For the individual Bets created in breakdown Bets all provisions of the Rules
governing standard Bet types (including the maximum Winnings limit) apply.
(2) When placing Bets, all breakdown Bets are identified in the menu as SYSTEM bets.
(3) Winnings will be credited to the User Account in breakdown Bets only following the
Evaluation of all Outcomes which the breakdown Bet contains.
§8
SYSTEM
(1) "System" is a special Bet type, enabling the Bettor to combine 2 to 10 random
Outcomes on one Ticket in the form of a breakdown.
(2) The computer generates the combination and total amount of separate Bets placed
by the Bettor according to the number of Outcomes selected by him/her. This means
that when 10 Outcomes are chosen, the computer generates with the full "System"
one Bet 10 "Multiples", 10 Bets 9 "Multiples", 45 Bets 8 "Multiples", 120 Bets 7
"Multiples", 210 Bets 6 "Multiples", 252 Bets 5 "Multiples", 210 Bets 4 "Multiples",
120 Bets 3 "Multiples", 45 Bets 2 "Multiples" and 10 Single Bets.
(3) The computer will not create any combinations of Outcomes not allowed under the
specific terms allocated to the individual betting Outcomes (e.g. adding Outcomes
only to Bets of type 3 "Multiples"– in this case the computer does not create any Bets
of type 2 "Multiples" and separate Bets containing this Outcome).
(4) The Bettor may exclude certain Bet combinations from "System" given by the
number of Outcomes in the bet. Example: when 5 Outcomes are added to "System",
he/she may specify that Bets of type 5 "Multiples", 2 "Multiples and Single be
excluded. In this case the computer creates 5 Bets of type 4 "Multiples" and 10 bets
of type 3 "Multiples".
(5) The Bettor may add 1 to 20 Outcomes to the "System" which will repeat in every Bet,
i.e. they will act as constants. The total number of combinations in the "System" does
not change - only the number of Outcomes in one Bet does.
(6) The Bettor may also specify different Deposits for different combination types, e.g. 6
"Multiples" – EUR l, 5 "Multiples" – EUR 5, 4 "Multiples" – EUR 20, etc. The total
Deposit on the "System" is determined by multiplying the number of created Bets by
the Deposits per one Bet.
(7) The Operator reserves the right to restrict the option of adding some Outcomes to a
Bet of this type.

§9
MULTISYSTEM
(1) "Multisystem" is a special Bet type based on "System", extending the options for the
Bettor to combine separate Outcomes by setting up so-called "Groups".
(2) A "Group" is a desired set of 2-15 Outcomes specified by the Bettor. "Groups" must
not include Supportive Bets (this applies also among "Groups"). The Winnings ratio
of a "Group" is calculated by multiplying the Odds of the individual Outcomes added
to the "Group". For the "Multisystem" Bet purposes, separate Outcomes with total
calculated Odds (Winnings ratio) are considered to be "Groups".
(3) The Bettor placing a "Multisystem" Bet proceeds in the same way as with the
"System" Bet, only some or all Outcomes may be replaced by specified "Groups" (l 10 "Groups").
(4) Winnings limits are judged in Bets in "Multisystem" based on the total number of
Outcomes, i.e. including all Outcomes in "Groups".
(5) An error in one prediction in the "Group" makes the prediction incorrect for the
whole "Group".
(6) Unless otherwise stated in the preceding provision, all provisions applying to
"Multisystem" Bets as well as the other general provisions of the Rules apply to the
Bet.
LIVE BETS
§ 10
RULES FOR LIVE BETS
(1) LIVE bets are special Bet types when the Bettor places Bets on Outcomes updated on
a continuous basis where the match is under way.
(2) In LIVE Bets other specific betting Outcomes may also be published in addition to the
regular types of Outcomes. They are named in §11.
(3) Before placing a LIVE bet, the Bettor may tick the choice "accept change to any
odds". In this case, the Bet is stored also in case of any change to the Outcome Odds
made when storing the Bet. If the Bettor ticks the "accept change to higher odds"
option, the ticket is stored only if the Odds of the Outcome remain the same or rise
when storing the Bet. If the Bettor does not tick any option, the Bet is stored only if
the Odds do not change when storing the Bet.
(4) Acceptance confirmation for LIVE Bets is shown to the Bettor as the text: "Ticket
stored".
(5) If, due to a technical failure, a LIVE Bet is placed on an Outcome which was already
clearly decided and/or did not make sense at the time of placing such LIVE Bet, Bets
are refunded.
§ 11
SPECIFIC OUTCOMES IN LIVE BETS
(1) Who wins the remaining match part – bet on the winner of the match part to be
played starting from the moment the Bet is placed and the state of the match (e.g.
bet during the state 1:0 on the victory of the home team in the remaining match part
wins only if the match ends with the victory of the home team, e.g. 2:0, 3:1, 4:2, …
The remaining part of the match therefore ended in the above cases 1:0, 2:1, 3:2) .
(2) Who wins the remaining part of the 1st/2nd half – Bet on the winner of that part of
the half to be played starting from the moment of placing the bet until the end of the
half (e.g. A Bet during the state 2:0 on the home team victory wins only if the home
team scored one more goal than the rival).
(3) What player wins the 1st and 2nd game in the set (similar for 3rd and 4th game,
etc.) – bet on the winner of two subsequent games in a set. The "Nobody" Outcome
means that each player wins only one game in the respective set range.
