Special Education teacher 19th Judicial Circuit Court Juvenile Detention Center. This position performs work of
Considerable difficulty in educating juveniles confined in the Hulse Detention Center for short term periods,
waiting court action and/or in the FACE-IT Program. The special education teacher will work directly with the
students in providing instructional programs that meet the students’ individual needs primarily through the
use of a digital learning program, act as liaison with school personnel, judicial officers, and other agencies.
The teacher is a team leader for students in the classroom and works directly with detention center staff to
