Concessions - Sales food & beer (Fir night, Sat,) 10 each shift.
Merchandise - Sales of merchandise (Friday & Saturday) 3 each shift
Parking – (Friday night & Saturday morning) Shift starts @ 5:30 Friday night & 8:00 am on
Sat. 6 -10 volunteers Friday & 5 on Saturday
Registration/Information Desk – Assist teams in registrations as well as answering
questions. (Fri & Sat) 2 each shift
Set-up/Clean-up – Overall set-up and clean-up (Thurs, Friday, Saturday) Need Lots
Starting line – Keep boats in line until starting signal (Saturday 8:30 – 4:00) 3 each shift
Staging volunteers– Help load boats, make sure the equipment is all out in the morning. Life
vests remain hung so they do not get sandy there are sufficient paddles, drumsticks etc on shore
(Saturday) 6 each shift
Finish line stopwatch
- Run stop watches for races (Saturday 8:00 – 4:00) 2 each shift
Runners – Help distribute information between various checkpoints (Saturday)
We will need at least one at finish line to run times to the “Results Boards”
Children’s Activities Staff some simple children’s activities possibly inflatable, mini golf &
crafts. Friday night & Sat 4 for craft activities 2 per inflatable. 4 for Mini golf
Gates Staff to man gate Friday & Sat. Need 6 at the gate Friday night. . Saturday we need 4
at the gate. Crew Schedule Friday 5:15 to end Saturday 7:30 to 3:00.
Most volunteer positions are needed in 4-hour shifts on Friday, & Saturday. Some shifts start earlier than
