5.1 Fashion.
Clerk
A short or long sleeve t-shirt is the recommended clerk uniform.
Three colors exist. Within a single store, all clerks should wear the same color t-shirt.

5.2 Fashion.
Manager
To differentiate levels of responsibility among employees of a store, the suggested uniform for
a store manager is a polo t-shirt. It is also suggested that the manager wear a different color
than the rest of the employees.
If a store has more than one manager, all managers should wear the same color t-shirt.

Combinations
The varied amount of uniform choices allows for each store to choose a specific style and
color for their employees.
However, it is important when choosing combinations to use a similar shirt and color for all
employees of the same level.

5.4 Fashion.
Overcoat
All employees should wear the same color with the exception of the manager, who should
wear a different color uniform.

5.5 Fashion.
Merchandisers
For special occasions, tourist areas, recreational areas or wherever informal and distinctive clothing
is necessary, the promotional t-shirt is the recommended uniform. This includes the use of the
institutional colors and a large logo, which can be identified quickly and at long distances.

5.6 Fashion.
Pullover
For stores located in areas where more formal attire is necessary, or in areas of intermediate
temperature, a sleeveless pullover with the embroidered logo on the front is recommended.
The recommended uniform under the sleeveless pullover is a plain colored shirt, preferably
without pattern.
Four different pullover colors exist and the same rules apply:
One color should be designated for all employees and a different color for managers.

5.7 Fashion.
Technician
For employees maintaining equipment, handling chemicals or any activity that requires
protective attire, the suggested uniform is the apron. If only one employee is required to wear
an apron, he or she can choose the color. If more than one employee requires the use of the
apron, it is important that all wear the same color.
Clothing worn below the apron should be neutral, plain-colored in order to stay in line with
uniform guidelines.

5.8 Fashion.
Formal
For special occasions like events, public relations activities, presentations or where a more formal
attire is recommended, an employee can wear his or her formal wear or suit with the added
accessory of a neckerchief or tie in the brand color.
Additionally, to successfully promote the brand while staying within the formal attire guidelines, the
KODAK EXPRESS Digital Solutions program metal pin can be added as an accessory.

Name Badge
The name badge can be used to complement the uniform.
It can also be worn by itself on special occasions outside of the store, to represent the store.
