President’s Message
Dear Members,
First off, I want to thank you for helping us grow the credit union in 2013. By
participating in your credit union, over 4,700 members were able to fund their dreams
through their first car loan, buying a new home, or saving for a family vacation. Being
a financial cooperative, we are built around meeting the needs of our members and
community, not maximizing profit. Day Air is here to serve you. So again, thank you and
please think of your credit union for any financial needs you may have.
Secondly, we recently launched our own insurance agency, Day Air Insurance, LLC.
Our agency is a natural addition to the product and service solutions we currently
provide. We are now able to provide a complete suite of insurance solutions, including
homeowners and auto insurance to you and the entire Miami Valley community. Almost everyone needs some
type of insurance and we’re looking forward to helping you save money in this area as we do with all other
financial needs.
Lastly, we wish you the best in 2014 and want you to know that we are here to improve your financial situation,

Mobile App - DOWNLOAD NOW!
You asked for it and we’ve delivered! Day Air now has it’s very own mobile app for iOS
and Android. Not only does it have great features to access your money, find a Day Air
branch, search for surcharge-free ATMs, and apply for loans, but we also will be adding
Remote Deposit Capture in early 2014, allowing you to use your cell phone camera to
deposit a check!

PIB Additional Account Security
PIB, which stands for Personal Internet Branch, provides a layered security approach to
add additional authentication controls and member personalization features to It’s Me 247
Online Banking.
Control things such as:
•What days of the week and times of the day do you want your branch to be open for
business?
•Which PCs should be able to access your online branch?
•What types of transactions can be performed?
•Are there certain types of transactions that should ask for a second confirmation code?
•Should transfers or other transactions be limited to a certain maximum dollar amount?
