Upon motion of Councilor Antonio G. Manalili, duly seconded, the following City Ordinance was
enacted:
CITY ORDINANCE NO. 96-087

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPROVED ORDINANCE NO. 95-107 SO AS TO
INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION FROM P357,247 TO P550,000 WITH THE
DIFFERENCE OF P192,753 OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAYBE NECESSARY
FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCING OF
BASKETBALL COURT AND CONCRETE BENCHES AT CATTLEYA ST.,
ZONE 15, BARANGGAY PEMBO, FORT BONIFACIO, MAKATI CITY, FUNDS
TO BE TAKEN FROM THE SPECIAL PROJECT FUNDS OF THE
FOLLOWING:

SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL AND AUDITING RULES AND PROCEDURES.
WHEREAS, approved Ordinance No. 95-107 allocates P357, 247 for the proposed construction of
perimeter fencing of basketball court and concrete benches at Cattleya St., Zone 15, Barangay Pembo,
Fort Bonifacio, Makati City.
WHEREAS, the actual costs is P550, 000 with the difference of P192, 753 as additional amount for
the construction of the said project.
WHEREAS, additional appropriation are needed for the completion of the said project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF MAKATI, IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1. The amount of One Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Three Pesos
(P192,753) is hereby appropriated as to increase the amount from P357,247 to P550,000 for the
proposed construction of perimeter fencing of basketball court and concrete benches at Cattleya St.,
Zone 15, Barangay Pembo, Fort Bonifacio, Makati City, funds to be taken from the Special Project
Funds of Councilor A.G. Manalili, P.A. Ibay, E.V. Tolentino, E.S. Mercado subject to all legal and
auditing rules and procedures.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
