The “E Pluribus Unum” Latin Club will begin meeting for twelve “Tuesdays” beginning
on February 4th, 2014. Members should meet in front of the library when the walkers are
dismissed. Please be at Brass Castle by 4:25 to pick up your child after the meeting. This club
will only be offered to 5th and 6th graders this year.
The club will not only focus on useful Latin expressions that have permanently remained
in our present culture, but will include the history and culture of the Roman Empire and its
effects on the world today. Please mark these dates down in your calendar: February 4th,
11th, 18th, 25th; March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th; April 1st, 8th, 29th; May 6th will be the last

and end on Tuesday, May 6th.
