60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes. Clean, crisp and bright, this wine was aged in
stainless steel, providing fresh fruit flavors balanced by racy acidity and clean minerality.
100% Chardonnay grown in several different regions along the northern coast of California. 2
year bottle aging. Citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon are complemented by rich flavors of
mango, apricot and pineapple and brisk effervescence.

This lighter-bodied style Sauvignon Blanc displays notes of creamy tropical fruits like guava and
melon accentuated by a punch of lemon and lime. Balanced by a clean and crisp acidity
surrounded by flavors of pear and green apple.
A vibrant Riesling with a delicate, floral nose and aromas of lemon merengue and green apple.
Aged in stainless steel, producing a crisp mouthfeel finishing with lovely minerality. This winery

Pale straw yellow in color, this wine starts off with tropical notes of passionfruit and lemon
leading to crisp, refreshing acidity with flavors of honeysuckle and nutmeg. 93 points from Wine
Enthusiast.
Utah wine maker Evan Lewandowski has taken this little known Italian varietal, and created an
orange wine that is full of rich notes of cognac spice, dried apricots and golden apple. The fruit for
this wine hails from Mendocino County in California.
Made in the traditional Rías Baixas style, this Spanish varietal not typically grown in the United
States, hails from a SIP Certified vineyard down on the central coast of California. Notes of
tangerine and mandarin orange and medium acidity makes this wine is vibrant wine easy going and
delicious.
100% Pinot Noir grapes. Lovely floral notes of jasmine and hibiscus open up to a palate full of ripe
strawberry, white peaches and cherries. A full bodied, pretty rosè that is clean and
mouthwatering.
80% Chenin Blanc, 20% Viognier. Tropical and stone fruits abound on this layered, semi-dry wine.
Long, smooth finish on this medium body, easy to drink wine.
A rhône style blend consisting of Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay. A rich
and juicy wine full of tangerine, peaches and apricots accentuated by notes of honeysuckle and
melon. 92 points from Wine Spectator, this wine was named one of the top 100 wines of 2016!
Notes of stone fruit and mango on the nose, finished with soft citrus flavors, papaya and a touch
of vanilla in the mouth. The toasted oak nuances are balanced nicely with clean minerality.
New World style and Old World sensibility come together in this expertly crafted wine. Barrel
fermented and full bodied, it has lovely toasty notes, mouth filling citrus fruit and a bright finish.

From the cool-climate growing regions of Monterey County, this wine shows off deep aromas
of cherry pie, cola and plum with a slight hint of vanilla. Lush fruit flavors and soft tannins make
this wine easy to enjoy.
One of our favorite wines, from one of the top growing regions for Pinot Noir in the US.
Located in Monterey County, the cool ocean breeze helps to refine the aromas of clove, cola
and cranberry. Silky tannins and an intense blend of mocha and black cherry are balanced by
subtle spice and earthy notes. Only 598 cases produced! 92 points from Wine Enthusiast..
A medium bodied wine full of bright blueberry and blackberry flavors. The fruit-forward palate
is complemented by a slight acidity and structured tannins with a nice balance of oak and vanilla
spice. A true value from one of the pioneer winemakers of the Paso Robles wine region.
50% Tempranillo, 27% Syrah, 11% Petit Verdot, 8% Graciano and 4% Tannat round out this
boldly flavored wine. Boysenberry and plum flavors with hints of smoke, leather and spice to
create a wine that is medium-bodied and seamless on the palate.
Rhone style blend of 56% Mourvèdre, 28% Syrah and 16% Grenache. Aromas of plum and dark
fruits lead to flavors of chocolate-covered cherries and raspberries with a touch of earthy
tobacco and black pepper on the finish. Smooth and elegant, the soft tannins make this wine
very approachable and easy to drink, living up to its name!
Created locally by Evan Lewandowski, a Utah resident and up-and-coming winemaker for the
region, with fruit from Mendocino, CA. Carignan, a unique Spanish/French varietal, is known for
its big bold flavors and dark fruit nuances. A “hands-off” approach to winemaking shows off the
best characteristics of this grape and brings a rustic and masculine quality to this wine.
A bold, rich Cabernet with aromas of cassis, black cherry and espresso. This sustainably-farmed
wine carries notes of clove, tobacco and chocolate on the palate but finishes nicely with a lush
feel and structured tannins.
Well-structured, notes of blackberry and herbal aromas that shine through the nose, rounded
out by toasted coconut and earthy chocolate notes. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite
Verdot and 8% Primitivo.
A big and bold wine that is well balanced and rich. Aromas of subtle hints of bacon and smoke
mixed in with the steady fruit, blackberry jam, and licorice on the palate.
A unique winemaking process that ages the fruit in new and used bourbon barrels, which
imparts characteristics of charred vanilla, butterscotch and a bit of caramel. This is a powerful
wine! The classic characteristics of Zinfandel, come through with notes of cinnamon, clove spice
and dried herbs on a palate full of jammy fruits and dried cherries.
