Mahoney joins Inspirica as the Chief Program Officer of Support and Retention Services. Tom’s responsibilities include managing three non-residential programs Children’s Services, Education & Employment and Retention. Tom has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations. Prior to Inspirica, he worked for the Town of Greenwich Department of Health for 27 years, in various roles including Director of the Office of Special Clinical Services.
