The property is a two story townhouse with an adjoining wall to the
next townhouse. It has one garage. The townhouses are generally well built and are good condition
for their age. They exhibit little wearing or cracking. Overall these townhouses seem to require less
maintenance than others. This inspector has seen other units inside and they are also in good
condition. Also notice the attention to details externally. It is good quality with no maintenance
issues at this stage. There are no external structural cracks, and inside there is no evidence of any
structural movement.
