SENATOR JACKSON: This act amends Sec. 12-132 by local property tax Warrant. eliminating the body writ from the It also repeals Sec. 12-160 which was the poor debtors oath, which is now unnecessary. Four years ago we eliminated body writs from all other actions and inadvertently the local peoperty tax warrant was excluded. I would ask passage of the bill.
