the most picturesque village in all of Northumberland, Warkworth, however we also have cottages in Rothbury,
Alnwick, Alnmouth, Lesbury, Amble, Beadnell, Cresswell and around the Northumberland National Park.

Recently added to our collection is this fabulous, extensively renovated luxury holiday home in the charming hamlet of Foxton,
near Alnmouth. Sleeping up to 10 very comfortably, this is the perfect cottage for larger family gatherings, two or more families to
holiday together or a simply a luxurious retreat for 2 or more people. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with great
attention to detail, this beautiful cottage is situated adjacent to the famous Alnmouth Golf Club and has a lovely view of the sea,
over the greens of the links course.

Ground Floor - Lounge: Large living room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. Luxury sofas and large flat screen
digital TV with DVD player. Several large windows overlook the lovely garden with French windows opening out onto a large,
furnished patio. Hi-fi with MP3. iPod connection. Xbox 360 with Kinect and games available. Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access
throughout the cottage.
Kitchen: Spacious and well equipped kitchen in solid 'Pippy Oak' with granite work tops and stainless steel appliances; large
American style fridge freezer, range style electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Spacious and open plan
to the large dining area.
Dining Area: Open plan from the kitchen with a glazed door leading through to the lounge, this is the perfect relaxing or
entertaining space. The dining table seats up to 10 and there is a leather sofa and large flat screen digital TV, providing an
additional lounge area. Two sets of French windows (can be opened) provide masses of light and a lovely view of the south-facing
garden and golf course beyond.
Laundry/Boot Room: A very useful, spacious room easily accessible directly from the front door and hallway, with washing
machine, tumble dryer and sink. This room is perfect for dogs as it is warm whilst being separate from the main living areas.
Ground Floor Double Bedroom (2): Overlooking the front gardens, with twin single beds (convertible to a superking bed upon
request). Large flat screen TV with digital channels. Ideal for less mobile guests, as there is an adjacent washroom with WC, hand
basin, and separate shower room with a double sized, level-access walk-in shower.
First Floor – Master Bedroom: A magnificent master bedroom with kingsize bed. En suite bathroom with large bath, sink, WC and
walk-in shower cubicle. Beautiful garden view and a balcony with seating.
Bedroom 3: Although still on the first floor, this bedroom is quite separate from the others and is accessed by its own private
staircase. It has the benefit of a large en-suite wet room, with shower, WC and wash hand basin. With a kingsize double bed and a
lovely view of the golf course and coastline through windows on 2 elevations, this room is a destination in itself!
Bedroom 4: Beautiful and stylish bedroom with windows on two elevations providing lovely views of the gardens, golf course and
the coastline. Twin full-size single beds can be converted to superking (charge)
Bedroom 5 – Bunk Room: Full size bunk beds provide a fun bedroom for one or two children (maximum age 12rs). Lovely view of
the gardens and the sea beyond.
Family Bathroom: A large 'house bathroom' with deep plunge bath, WC, hand basin, double-sized walk in shower with feature,
adjustable drench shower. Beautiful south-facing view of the gardens, golf course and sea beyond.
Outside: To the front of the house is a large driveway suitable for up to 3 cars, a lawned area with trees and shrubs. To the rear
there is a large lawned garden with a spacious patio, furnished with a large table and chairs.
