It’s like, against parental law to tell your kid it’s okay to ditch someone, no matter how annoying or muddy they might be . page #__2__ Juli Baker is the kind of annoying person who makes a point of letting you know she’s smart. Her hand is always the first one up; page #__8_ It would be a world with too many people to worry about ever seeing Juli Baker again. page #__10_ Explanation- why is this quotation important. Is it important to the theme, mood, character development, setting, plot summary, tone, etc. and then tell why? This is an important passage because it starts to explain the relationship the main character, Bryce, has with his father. His father understands Bryce in a way his mother does not. This is important because it starts to show the personality of one of the main characters, Juli. Juli is smart and proud of it. This is important because it foreshadows the rest of the story. With a statement like this so early in the book, the reader can tell that Juli will be important. On the next page, you will find a blank format. Feel free to copy this format. You will need to make several copies. You might want to put them in a three ring binder or find some other way to bind the pages so nothing gets lost.
