About Founder-Director
Dr. Samuel B. has served the Lord in various
capacities as Church Planter, Pastor, Administrator, and Professor in Christian Organizations
since 2001. After his completion of the Doctor
of Divinity (Puritan Studies) program, he has
been greatly influenced to be a student of the
Puritans. He has a great burden for Reformed
education with the Puritans’ vision to reach out
to the godly people around the world. Dr. Samuel is the founder—director of Puritan Reformed Ministries, India, currently serves as
President of Puritan Reformed Biblical Seminary, and is actively engaged in planting Puritan
Reformed Churches in India.

Theology from Grace Baptist
Theological Seminary; a Doctor of Divinity in Puritan Studies from The North American
Reformed Seminary, and a

also from The North American Reformed Seminary.

Our ministry heritage lies with the Puritans who
lived out what they taught according to the Scriptures in sixteen and seventeen centuries. These
puritans wanted to purify both the Church and
themselves according to the teachings of Scripture. We are here to revive those Puritans’ vision
in India and abroad, desiring to see here what
they wanted to see in their days.
PURITAN REFORMED CHURCH
We are actively engaged in planting Puritan Reformed
Churches in India. Currently, we are planting Puritan
Reformed Church in Manipur, Northeast India. PRC
exists to glorify God by purifying God’s people with
God’s Word for God’s purpose (1 Cori 10:31; Jn
17:17; Eph 4:12, 13; 5:27; Col 1:28; Mtt 28:19, 20).
We are ‘reformed congregation’ by which we mean
that we embrace reformed theology of the reformation
era, and our beliefs and practices are grounded in the
reformed theology firmly rooted in Scriptures. PRC is
an independent church and not under any denomination.
PURITAN REFORMED PASTORAL
TRAINING INSTITUTE
Puritan Reformed Pastoral Training Institute (PRPTI) provides
free seminary level education from the puritan reformed theological perspective to the Pastors and believers who are actively engaged in Church ministry. Those enrolled in training programs,
should attend all the classes without fail, and should complete the
requirements given for each class. Upon successful completion of
the program, the diplomas will be given on the graduation day!
Now, we have 15 students enrolled in our training programs. Currently, PRPTI offers the following courses completely free of
cost:
