am directed to convey the sanction of the President to the payment of
Rs. 446,97,30,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred Forty Six Crore, Ninety Seven Lakh and
Thirty Thousand only) as second instalment of grants-in-aid during 2014'15 towards
GOI's share on supplementary nutrition under the ICDS Scheme to the States as indicated

The amount of grant-in-aid is finally adjustable in the books of the Principal Pay and
Accounts Office, l\4inistry of Human Resource Development, D, Wing, cround Floor, Shastri
Bhawan, New Delhi. The payment of the State would be arranged through the Reserve Bank
of lndia, Nagpur. The State Accountant General will send intjmation regarding receipt of
grant-in-aid io the Principal Pay & Accounts Office, Ministry of Human Resource
Development, Shastri Bhawan, D Wing, Ground FIoor, New Delhi.

The States shall maintain separaie accounts and furnish information on actual
expenditure incurred on supplementary nutrition every quarter. The information on
expenditure on supplementary nutrition from 1't April to 3oth June must be furnished by 15'h
Ju.y and for the period'rom 1" July to 30h September by '5' October ard from the period
from 1e'October to 31' Decemoer'by 15 JanLra.y and frorr 1" Ja.uary to 31s March by i5 '
April to enable the Department to wo* out the entitlement of Central assistance of each
State GovernmenVUT Administration

This sanction issues with the concurrence of IFD vide their Dy. No 1063 /JS &FA
dated 29.08.2014.
