Hydro-MAXX T

Hydro-MAXX T
Hydrophilic PTFE for Fine Chemical/Semiconductor/Electronics
▪ Fine/High Purity Chemicals
▪ Low temperature Resist Strippers
(without peroxide)
▪ KOH and TMAH based developers
▪ Dilute Acids
▪ Dilute Bases
The Hydro-MAXX-T is a nanometer rated filter cartridge for the filtration of fine
chemicals, developers, strippers, etc. in the semiconductor/electronics industry.
Hydro-MAXX-T filters are made of a patented hydrophilic (PTFE) membrane
filter media that requires no prewetting or flushing for operation in aqueous
solutions. The media also delivers quick rinse up times, excellent flow/retention
characteristics and does not de-wet.
The high area (11ft.2/10” cartridge) provides low flux rates across the media
ensuring a high level of particle retention of small particles without sacrificing flow.
The filter cartridge is rigorously flushed with Ultra Pure Water (UPW) and cleaned
in the manufacturing process to meet the needs and demands of today’s Fine
Chemical and Semiconductor industries.
Features & Benefits
Hydro-MAXX T
• Large surface area: Enables high flow rates while maintaining
excellent ultrafine particle retention. Provides longer filter life.
• High Density Polyethylene or Polypropylene hardware and support
media: High purity materials with excellent cleanliness, rugged
construction and a wide range of chemical compatibility..
• Patented hydrophilic PTFE membrane: Eliminates prewetting in
aqueous solutions. Does not de-wet in outgassing fluids.
• Nanometer rated retention: Availiable in retention ratings of 20 nm,
30 nm, 50 nm and 100 nm, delivering the broad scope of ultrafine
small particle retention for today’s electronics industry.
