tasted this yesterday - it was the best white wine I've tasted
ok - not the best ever but man oh man was it good
52% Sav Blanc and 48% Semillion
we thought it was so rich in the mouth that if you blind tasted it you
might mistake it for a red wine - then we read what the winemaker
had to say:
"Designed to age, we refer to this special design as a "red-wine drinkers white". Very versatile
with foods of many styles. Intriguing aromas of honeyed herb tea over the spice and vanilla of
oak give way to layers of quince paste, clove, tart apricot and green fig."
