My dad is a clever puzzle-solver. He is a Diesel motor mechanic. He fixes the
motors in big, industrial machines that are used to manufacture and finish
carpets. My dad figures out what is wrong with the motors by taking them apart
and finding the part that is broken. Then he has to put the motor back together
with the new part. Sometimes, he repairs the part rather than replace it with a
new one. That saves the factory money.
