Guided leisurely walk through the
Nature Reserve, a time to slow down
with the peace of mind,
mind freedom and
support to enjoy yourselves and have a
chat in a friendly, fun and relaxed group.

social theme at the Saltwells Inn for a
drink and a chinwag.
