HYGIENE SAFETY
POWERFUL DRYING
Up to five medium-pressure ventilators (it depends on the
version) not only guarantee noiseless operation, but also a
complete drying of the cages and racks.
BIG INSPECTION WINDOWS
Sight-windows and the illuminated interior enable easy visual
control of process and results.
A SAFE DISINFECTION
The energy-saving thermo-chemical disinfection process
ensures hygiene standards and achieves: a wash
temperature of 65°C together with the combination of
disinfection agent and detergent.
HYGIENE ASSURED

SEPARATE WASHING AND RINSING SYSTEMS
Separating the washing and rinsing systems prevents
cross-contamination and achieves highest cleaning and
disinfecting results.
ECONOMY
HOBART HEAT RECOVERY
HOBART‘s heat recovery system functions according to the
countercurrent principle, using the energy from the extracted
air to heat up the incoming water. The energy exchange takes
place in the HOBART high-performance condenser. At the same
time, the extracted air is cooled down and dehumidified.
We reserve the right to technical or design modifications.
ACTIVE WASH SYSTEM
A vertical movable wash- and rinse system guarantees clean
results for cages and racks of any materials.

RELIABLE SYSTEM
Years of experience and proven materials guarantee a correct
and complete sequence of washing, disinfection and drying and
therefore a completely secured process.

FLEXIBILITY
INDEPENDENT MODE OF INSTALLATION
Installation on site is either at ground level with a feeding height
of 170 mm or half-sunk at a depth of 170 mm.

ACID AND ALKALINE CLEANING
Depending on customer requirement, the equipment supports
both acid and alkaline cleaning. The systems are combined in
