putting boats in the water and motorcycles on the road.
We have many companies that offer competitive prices

Remember, ATV’s that are used off your property
must be registered and insured. In the event of an
accident or theft, your ATV will not be covered under

Report the claim to us as soon as possible. Failure
to report the claim in a timely manner can result in
denial of coverage. If the loss is due to criminal
activity or theft you must also notify the police. It
is our obligation to report all claims to the
insurance company.
To protect the property from further damage you
must make any reasonable repairs necessary and
keep a record of all repair costs.
Furnish a complete inventory of the damaged
property stating its original cost.
If requested, show adjuster the damaged property.

Remain calm. Determine if there are injuries and
call for medical assistance if needed.
Do not block traffic. If possible, move your vehicle
as far off the roadway as possible. Warn other
motorists by turning on your hazard lights or setting
flares.
Call the police to report the accident. Ask the officer
where you will be able to obtain a copy of the police
report.
Do not admit fault or liability. Discuss the accident
only with the police and with your insurance
company.
Exchange information. If possible, at the scene,
exchange names, addresses & phone numbers of all
the drivers, passengers, and witnesses. Ask all
drivers for their license numbers and insurance
company information.
Record as much detail of the accident as possible
while it is still fresh in your mind. Factors to
consider are time of the accident, weather
conditions, directions all of those involved were
driving, make a sketch of the angle of the collision &
where they made contact, and note any traffic
devices, lights, signs, road markings, etc.
