WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
SPORTS
Includes 5-aside football, Netball, Dodge ball, Tennis, Track & Field!
REFEREES
There will be qualified referees or umpires for every game.
CHANGING FACILITIES
Changing facilities and showers are available at Sportcity.
COMPETITION AND PRIZES
All teams will compete in a variety of events to earn points. Therefore all teams will be competing
for the majority of the day.
The winning netball, football and dodge ball teams will receive a prize as well as the team with the
highest points score at the end of all the events.
FREE LUNCH
All competitors will receive a free lunch.
PHOTOS
Photos will be taken throughout the day and following the competition each team will be provided
with a team photo.
T-SHIRTS
T-shirts will be provided on the day to each team so that it is clear which firm/group you represent.
SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER PARTY
Complimentary drinks vouchers will be provided to all participants for the after event at All Bar
One which is sponsored by Michael Page.
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee is £300 per team (VAT inc). Each team will need to be made up of a minimum of 14
people and a maximum of 20. Your team must include at least a netball team and a football team.
REGISTRATION
Registration will start promptly at 09:00.
The events will be finished by 5pm and followed by a short awards ceremony.
This promises to be a very popular event and
is a fantastic opportunity for young
professionals at varying stages of their career
to meet, compete and have a bit of fun.

All teams are advised to organise their own insurance for the day.
I confirm that every member of our team participates on the following
basis:
 Each player should be aware that the sports they are taking part in
are vigorous and physically demanding some of which involve a
high risk of dangerous and violent physical contact.
 Equipment provided for players' protection may be inadequate to
prevent serious injury.
 Players understand that their participation includes the possible
reckless conduct of other participants.
 Players voluntarily participate in this activity with full knowledge
of the danger involved and in doing so are deemed to agree to and
accept any and all inherent risks.
 MCASS and the event sponsors have no control over and accepts no
responsibility for the conduct, behaviour and actions of players on
the playing field or otherwise.
 Players displaying inappropriate or dangerous conduct will be held
personally liable.


TEAM SHEET
As this is a young professional's sports day we anticipate that teams will
consist of accountants, lawyers, bankers and other professionals, but the
odd ringer is OK! We recommend entering at least 7 males and 7 females
per team, with a maximum of 20 people altogether. Could you also please
nominate a team captain who will be responsible for the organisation of the
team before and during the event.
