Any person aggrieved by said order may appeal to the commission for revision within sixty days after the recording thereof; and the commission may revise the order and the revision shall be recorded in the registry of deeds for the county of Suffolk and shall date back to the original date of recording. Upon the recording of the order of revision under this act so much of section two of said chapter three hundred and thirty-three as continues the boundaries for districts A and B for a period of fifteen years from the date of the recording of the order of the commission under authority of said chapter three hundred and thirty-three shall who Appeal, is become inoperative. The harbor lines on the northerly side of Jl^^'^J^^ Boston harbor are hereby changed and established as fol- harbor on the lows: — The locations of the angle points in said lines are e^terlysid^ by distances, hereinafter called longitude, in feet from chS^ed^°^^° a meridian passing through the center of the apex of the dome of the state house in Boston, and by distances, hereinafter called latitudes, in feet from a line at right angles to said meridian and passing through the said center of the apex of the state house dome.
