Our Section is newer and smaller, and somewhat
unique in that we are made up largely of public
employees, solo practitioners or members of
small firms. We require the flexibility afforded in
our Bylaws for Section leadership and
“ascendancy”, as well as
the shared leadership among attorneys who
represent opposing clients. Rather than imposing
a one-size fits all solution, the Bar should identify
the administrative burdens imposed by our
current Bylaws so that we can work with the Bar Thank you Caedmon! I will present your

Bottom line. The proposal represents a grab of
the various diverse sections by the WSBA
heirarchy and will , in all likelihood kill them.
Skuttle the whole idea please.
I haven't yet heard a definition of the problem
that requires addressing. Is it fiscal, governance
or what. What does a takever of the 28 sections
by WSBA have to resolving the problem, when
the likely result , if enacted would be the end of
the sections
