Trying to gain weight? Recipes for high calorie milky drinks

Trying to gain weight?
Recipes for high
calorie milky drinks
If you have a low body weight, or are struggling
with a poor appetite, trying to gain weight can be
difficult. Sometimes, your GP may prescribe a
high-calorie nutrition supplement to try and help.
However, nutrition supplements only come in a
limited range of flavors which means they can
become boring if you are on them for more than
a few weeks.
You can make your own milkshakes at home
using a blender and a few everyday ingredients.
The possibilities are endless! Please use these
recipes as a guide but then feel free to come up
with your own creations. Just be sure to follow
any Eating and Drinking Guidelines you have
been given by your health care professional.
