MINIATURE PIG CHECKLIST Miniature pig, also known as a mini pig, micro pig or tea cup pig, means a domesticated pig that, at maturity, is less than 20 inches in height and weighs less than 150 pounds. The owner must provide proof of spaying or neutering by a State licensed veterinarian. □ The property must be fenced to contain the miniature pig and must be no less than four (4) feet in height, with an enclosed area of no less than 250 sq. ft. □ The owner must provide proof that a microchip has been implanted in the miniature pig for identification, including the microchip number and manufacturer name. □ The miniature pig is no greater than 20 inches in height or 150 pounds. □ Payment of $10.00 license fee. Licenses are issued for two-year terms, beginning on January 1st. No proration of fee for applications received after January 1st.
