Participation in the launching and matchmaking event is free of charge but needs registration!
Donor participants may apply for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs. For further
information please, visit www.nkek.hu.
Bilateral meetings can be carried out in parallel the afternoon session between 14.15 and 16.45. The
event will give participants opportunities to meet and exchange information between possible
technological/business partners. Registration to the meetings is needed in advance first by indicating
the will when filling out the online registration form and then by leaving the business card at the
registration desk.
During the launching event simultaneous interpretation will be provided from Hungarian into English
and inversely to ensure safe information flow.
NKEK Non-Profit Ltd. as organiser of the launching and bilateral matchmaking event maintains the
right to modify the programme if needed.
