Bilateral meetings can be carried out in parallel the afternoon session between 14.15 and 16.45. The event will give participants opportunities to meet and exchange information between possible technological/business partners. Registration to the meetings is needed in advance first by indicating the will when filling out the online registration form and then by leaving the business card at the registration desk. During the launching event simultaneous interpretation will be provided from Hungarian into English and inversely to ensure safe information flow.
