ANNOUNCEMENTS
THIS MORNING – Children’s Christmas program practice for ages 4
through 6th grade during second service. Practice continues each
Sunday through Dec. 13. The program is Sun., Dec. 20 at 10:30 am.
Julee is working with the 3 & 4 yr. olds during the Sunday school
hour. NEEDED PROPS INCLUDE school bells with a handle.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD – The boxes are due TODAY! You
may still bring them to Kids Club Wednesday evening if you forgot.
They will be taken to the distribution point on Thursday.
THIS AFTERNOON – Please pray for the Youth and their sponsors as
they return early this afternoon from Youth Explosion.
THANKSGIVING BASKET PACKING with the Women’s Bible Study.
Please bring the items you signed up for and put them in the FLC
kitchen by TUESDAY, Nov. 17.
TONIGHT – NO FY this evening.
MONDAY, Nov. 16 – Cantata practice at 6:00 pm.
MONDAY, Nov. 16 – GriefShare meets at 6:30 pm.

WEDNESDAY, Nov. 18 – The food delivery is at 10:30 am. If you can
help with an hour of your time it would be greatly appreciated!
WEDNESDAY, Nov. 18 – The Ladies Wednesday morning Bible study
will meet at 9:30 am to pack Thanksgiving baskets. Anyone wanting
to help should be at the church by 9:30.
WEDNESDAY, Nov. 18 – Kids Club – 5:00 – 5:45 is supper, 5:45 –
6:00 check in and 6:00 – 7:30 is Kids Club.
MEN’S GROUP meets Nov. 18 at 7:45 pm.
THURSDAY, Nov. 19 – Praise team practice at 6:30 pm.
SATURDAY MORNING,
MORNING, Nov. 21 is the Food Pantry distribution. If
you can donate a few hours to help with the sorting, distribution
and/or carrying out of food it would be greatly appreciated! Many
hands make light work! We meet by 8:30 am (or earlier) to set-up
and the distribution begins at 10:00 am.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON, Nov. 21 – Wedding of Nikki Doyle and
Allen Rummel at. 2:30 pm (music at 2:00 pm). Everyone is invited to
the service. The reception is by invitation only.
“SURVIVING THE HOLIDAYS” is a one evening session giving tips and
strategies to help those who have lost a loved one cope during the
holiday season. It is being held Sunday evening, Nov. 22 at 6:00 pm
in the Family Life Center and is open to anyone who would like to
attend.
“HANGING OF THE
THE GREENS” is set for Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 6:30
pm. The format is a little different this year. This is a family
decorating party! Bring snacks and then at the end we will have pizza
and games in the gym. Please plan to come help beautify the church
for the Christmas season. Call Kelly Ellyson with any questions at 330341-9238. Those individuals with prior decorating experience are
encouraged to lend their talents.
MADRIGAL DINNER – Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 6:00 pm in the FLC. Adults
$12, ages 8-12 - $6.00 and 5 and under is free. The sign-up sheet for
reservations is at the Information Station. Please pay when you sign
up. Deadline is Nov. 29th. SignSign-up sheets for servers and those
wanting to do centerpieces are also at the Information Station.
There are only two more weeks to sign up. Our numbers are very
low!
