2. Install this Firmware
Updater downloaded from the
previous step
3. Connect your computer to
the control unit via USB Cable
4. Turn ON the Control Unit
5. Open Windows Explorer
(right click on Start button and
select Explore)
6. In Windows Explorer
BROWSE C Drive  Program
Files  SMART Technologies
 SMART Audio Firmware
Update
7. Launch the SMART Audio
Firmware Update Application
that is there
8. Follow the on-screen
directions (it will show the
current version at the bottom,
click Update Firmware if an
update is available)

2. Open the Volume Tab and
set all levels to Maximum
3. Make sure of the following
Aux Volume Control = on mute
Aux Ducking = none
Soft Button – Short = No Action
Soft Button – Long = Relay
Now make sure Mic-Button
Disable Feature is OFF by
following the link to the next
