Product details

White Pond Farm, local quality Beef
o Grass reared beef
o High in Omega 3
o Extremely high welfare standards. Our animals arrive at the farm at two weeks of
age and they spend their whole lives here, up to about 26 months
o Fantastically succulent & tasty beef that has been hung for at least 21 days
o Kept outside in their friendship groups for as long as the weather allows
o Suppliers to Waitrose of Angus and Hereford beef
o Available for purchase all year

Walters Turkeys
o Traditional Free Range bronze and white turkeys are fed on their home grown
cereals. This is all milled on the farm. No growth promoters are ever added to the
food.
o Produce the finest quality Christmas turkeys by carefully selecting slow growing
breeds that reach full maturity naturally. Walters turkeys have plenty of space to run
about in and enjoy natural daylight.
o Inspected by Environmental health, The Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association
(TFTA), SALSA and the Soil Association. They have also been awarded a Great Taste
award.
o
Walters turkeys are full of flavour and very moist due to the traditional methods
used to prepare them. They dry pluck all their turkeys and they are hand finished
(this includes the wing tips which are not chopped off) and then they are hung for at
least 7 days in refrigerated storage rooms. The turkeys are then dressed in their
purpose built preparation area. Turkeys in the supermarket are not the same.

Peach Croft Geese
o All Peach Croft Farm Geese are free range, enjoying and benefiting from grazing in
grassy paddocks. They grow slowly to full maturity, are fed only on a natural diet
o As members of the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association and the British Goose
Producers Association, you can be confident in the quality of their food production.
The farm is independently inspected, verifying that all Peach Croft Poultry are raised
to the highest standards and in the best welfare conditions.
o Grown naturally and slowly to full maturity, they enjoy a completely natural diet
that includes their home-grown cereals. Perhaps it is because they take such care
and pride in nurturing them that Peach Croft Farm geese are renowned for their
excellent flavour and goodness.


o Wessex Mill purchased our high quality bread making milling wheat from this
harvest to use in their flour
o Available to purchase as the Six Seed bread flour or the Strong White bread flour,
both of which were awarded 2 stars in ‘The Great Taste Awards’
