Depart for Madrid
Travel back in time in The Tautavel Man Cave
(The Caune of Arago)—one of the biggest
prehistoric sites in the world.
Board your overnight flight to Europe.
Day 2
Madrid, Spain
Welcome to Europe! Enjoy some free time at
the Plaza de Colon.
Tour Madrid to see it’s many treasures,
including the exquisite Royal Palace.
Day 3
Zaragoza, Spain
Day 9
Avignon, France
Tour through the narrow streets of
Carcassonne—a medieval town where the
movie Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (1991) was filmed.
Visit the largest Gothic palace in all of Europe,
the Papal Palace of Avignon.
Take part in a social service project. See how
different techniques and equipment have been
adapted to allow those less able to enjoy
sport.
Experience the traditional way of life on a
European farm. Take part in activities like
making yogurt and candles.
Admire the world famous La Sagrada Familia
and explore Gaudi’s Parc Guell, a fantasy-like
blend of architecture and nature.
Day 5
Home Stay, Spain
Learn how to cook the Spanish dish, paella.
Say “Hola!” to your home stay family. During
the upcoming days, you will experience the
real Spanish way of life with them!
Live a day in the life of a European with your
home stay family.
Today will be the last day you spend with your
home stay family. Be sure to let them know
how much you appreciate their hospitality!
Pay a visit to the Accademia Gallery, which
houses Michelangelo’s colossal statue, David.
Learn about the production and processing of
leather at the Leonardo Leather Works.
Day 15
Perugia, Italy
Meet with a monk or a priest who will tell you
about life in the monastery and its founder, the
12th century Saint Francis of Assisi.
Relax at the beautiful Cote d’Azur or have
some free time in Nice.
Participate in an emotionally rewarding
service project with children that have
physical and mental disabilities.

Visit the La Mairie de Saint Jeannet city hall.

Visit the world’s smallest country, the Vatican,
and admire the frescos of the Sistine Chapel.
Explore the famous sights of Piazza Navona,
the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi
Fountain.

Depart for the U.S.
