Meet JJ Dupuy,  General Manager, Hamilton Walker's
I gained a vast and clear understanding of how foods are to be received, stored, cooked and held in order
to combat less than perfectly safe procedures and food service. This knowledge will be implemented
throughout our training of staff upon opening and of all future staff members. As Champaign's premiere
seafood and steakhouse, we are charged with a huge responsibility to our guests and staff alike.
Others who may be considering these classes should not hesitate to enroll and although required,
they should understand that these classes are intended to educate and explain safe food
handling and service. This knowledge will go a long way towards the success of any
restaurant or food service, no matter how large or small the scale of the venue may be.
Parkland College Business Training & Community Education staff
wish JJ continued success!
