We are conducting a World’s Finest Chocolate sale to raise money for Spring Creek’s
5th grade trip to Teton Science Camp and other student enrichment activities!
The sale will kick off on Monday, November 7th!
It’s Easy to Help!
Let your friends and relatives know about our chocolate sale. Use the phone,
send e-mails, remember to mention our sale when you visit friends and family
to get the word out.

We understand that all chocolate checked out to students becomes the responsibility of the students and parents/guardians.
Chocolate damaged, stolen, eaten, lost or melted must be paid for at the full selling price. I agree not to let my student sell door to
door.
has my permission to participate in the school fundraiser and will return $60.
Students who participate will receive 30 - $2.00 Chocolate Bars to start with and can check out additional chocolate when they
return $60.
All money needs to be turned in to the office by Friday, November 18th.
