 Pledging must ends by November 21th at 11:59 pm
 Full Family is December 3rd
o Welcome new Greek Reception and Graduating seniors after Full Family
 Stroll Show is December 4th
 Holiday parade is December 5th
 Probates can be done on November 22nd and 23rd if they are prepared and all
crossed. These are the two days after pledging ends and before we leave for break
 Probates need to be done by December 3rd before Full Family

 Terrarium program has been re-scheduled for Thursday November 19th @ 5:30 in
Farnsworth
 History Club is showing imitation game @ 7 November 19th
o They didn’t mention where it is, but it should be in Okun
 Fine Arts Club will be doing a woodburning workshop on Monday November
15th @ 7 in Art the Center on club level
 Wild N’ Out has been rescheduled for November 17th, 7-9 in Okun
o Hosted by LIU and WDTU
Sergeant of Arms:
 KSE is fined for not showing up to the presidents meeting

Conference on volunteerism- Saturday November 21st in SUNY Oneonta
o Will be discussing new ideas and new ways to help the community

Holiday parade December 5th
o New line up
 Now lining up in SUNY Delhi parking lot, not Clinton Street
o 10am is lineup and 11am is when it starts
o We are assuming it’s G-Lot, since it’s the closest one to the campus
entrance. There was no specification, it just said SUNY Delhi parking lot.
Will confirm.

Please hand in any other donations for MIU crop walk
o Canned goods or donated funds

Please hand in Community service sheets
o Some people didn’t have many hours for the month of October
o Please hand them in ASAP so hours are more accurate
o Month of October KSE won with 262 hours!

o Will be on the website soon

 Presidential search is well on its way
o Candidates will be visiting campus in the coming weeks
o They will be doing different panels with staff members, students, and
faculty on campus
o Really want to see a lot of Greek participation, more Greeks the better
o E-board members of Greek Council will be there
o Candidates will be answering any questions that students have
o Dates are November 16th, November 18th, November 23rd, November
30th, and December 2nd
 Student question sessions on these dates in Sanford Centennial
room from 4-4:50 and in Okun theatre from 5-5:50
 Entering the last week of pledging
o Pledge logs are due Friday November 13th @ 5 pm
 Throwing out the old banners by 11/19 so if you haven’t come to get your portion
yet, get it by 11/19 or it will be disposed of.
