Notes about major requirements:
− Majors are encouraged to take GEO 1405.
− The above sequence assumes student can begin Calculus (MTH 1321) in fall of freshman year. If this is not possible, take Pre-Calculaus first (MTH 1320).
− GEO or other Area Elective options: Compete two 3000-4000 level courses (min 4 hours) from GEO, CHE, CSI, MTH, or PHY. These courses must be approved by the
student's advisor.
− All senior-level candidates must complete the exit exam.
− English requirement: Students majoring in the sciences may take ENG 3300 instead of ENG 1304.
− A grade of "C" or better is required for all courses used for the major.
− For more information, see the Baylor Undergraduate Catalog.
Please see reverse side for important information on general requirements.
