MANAGING PARTNER’S OPEN LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS
NOTICE OF PENDING LITIGATION
October 27, 2015
Dear Fellow Shareholders,
Although not much time has passed since we released our 2Q-2015 Shareholder Letter, an event has
occurred to which we feel it is our necessary duty to inform our Shareholders.
On October 6, 2015, Alpine Entertainment Inc. was the victim of a baseless attack, an act of libel based
on falsehood, distortion, fabrication and a malicious intent to discredit our organization. This attack
appeared as an internet publication on a website known as “Ripoff Report” owned by Xcentric Ventures
LLC and Edward Magedson.
We were appalled by the inaccuracies and misrepresentations contained in this website publication
whose attack provided nothing more than misinformation to substantiate a spurious accusation and does
not constitute or contain evidence of any kind.
Upon further investigation by Becker Jackson & Reed LLC’s legal department, we have discovered that
Xcentric Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as Ripoff Report and/or
RipoffReport.com, and/or Bad Business Bureau and/or BadBusinessBureau.com and Edward Magedson,
are currently under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and involved in various pending
lawsuits and proceedings, as defendants, accused of defamation, libel, civil conspiracy, trademark
infringement, extortion and RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act of 1970)
violations.
The general allegations against Xcentric Ventures LLC are their operation of an extortion scheme
centered around their internet publication of defamatory materials about individuals and companies with
the goal of harming those individuals and companies personally and professionally and their efforts to
extract “protection money” in order to retract defamatory publications so that victims might be portrayed
in a positive light on their websites.
The statements made against us, whether arbitrary or deliberate, has created confusion among the
general public, generated negative publicity and caused damage to the impeccable reputation we proudly
hold in our industry. This is simply an act of malice, a tactic of smear and guilt by innuendo for the
purpose of financial gain.
This act was performed by a company or persons which have no interest in ethics, integrity, standards,
values or accuracy; attributes which are the core foundation of our company philosophy. Attributes
which we practice and adhere to on a daily basis.
All of the statements and allegations made against us are completely unfounded, false, slanderous and
libel in nature. We have contacted and advised the author to immediately cease and desist from making

any such further unsubstantiated claims as well as to remove these statements from their website only to
be told that to do so, we must pay an exorbitant fee.
This response has prompted legal action against the author. We will not hesitate to take severe legal
action or any other action available to Alpine Entertainment Inc., in order to preserve our reputation.
Becker Jackson & Reed LLC, registered agent for our Offering, has already commenced legal
proceedings by formally lodging a complaint with the United States District Court, Western District of
