1.0 Reporting to three decimal places
In order to give an improved representation of monthly costs, the BT One Phone Portal will now show usage costs to three
rather than two decimal places ie. £0.000 rather than £0.00. This enhanced detail can be found in all relevant Portal
screens and reports including:
Invoice Specification

Charge Report

Itemised Usage

Top User Reports
Below are examples of some of the screens and downloads which now reflect usage costs to three decimal places.

The numbers to the right of the decimal point refer to pence, i.e. £15.000 should always be read as fifteen pounds, and
not fifteen thousand pounds.
NB. Rental charges are still displayed to 2 decimal points

If and where rounding may need to take place, we follow standard financial rounding rules. This means £0.005 is rounded
up, and less than £0.005 is rounded down.
