On May 10, 2016 at approximately 2251 hours, I was dispatched to Blinker Light Rd at the intersection of Orient
Cemetery Rd in Harrisonville. In reference to an MVA non injury, a semi truck and trailer was stuck in the ditch due to
not making the turn. The semi was towed from the ditch. There was damage to a stop sign and the under skirt of the
semi trailer. No injuries were apparent at the time of the incident.

Ridge Court in Loch Lloyd regarding a 96 hour hold. Deputy Buerge and I made contact with Mark Devaney and took
him into custody. Deputy Buerge and I transported Mr. Devaney to the Truman Medical Center located at 2300 Holmes
Street, in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Devaney was left there in the custody of medical staff for a psychiatric evaluation.

recovered property. Upon arrival I made contact with Heath, Lindsey w/f who received a backpack along with her own
backpack that was recently stolen. The backpacks was found by somebody at a lake on State Rout 58 east of Hwy 291.
The backpack that did not belong to her was submitted for safekeeping at the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

stabbing.Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Quinten M. Butt, in room 7 of the emergency room. Mr. Butt told me he
was at a party on Holmes Road when he was stabbed. Mr. Butt did not know who it was that stabbed him or what
instrument was used to cause the injury.
