Responsible for all daily operations for the Memorial Park site, ensuring
safety and a positive camp experience for 40+ kids ages 5-13
Lead a team of 4 counselors and 3 volunteer ‘leaders in training.’ Assign
specific duties and communicate daily goals and required tasks
Create detailed weekly activity schedule
Plan 5 weekly meals/snacks and shop for needed food and supplies
Maintain order and discipline in the face of multiple distractions
Communicate with parents with regards to child needs and behavior
Handle emergency situations and administer First Aid
