the bottom of this form. Don’t send cash in the post.
Go to breastcancernow.org/donate and pay in
online. Please send in this form so we can still claim
Gift Aid on your donations. Send the form to the
address at the bottom of the page with a print out of
your receipt, which will be emailed to you.
Call us on 0333 20 70 300 and make your payment
over the phone. When calling, please quote the
supporter ID (see top right corner of this form).
For every £1 you raise, we get an extra 25p from HMRC.
So don’t forget to send your Gift Aid form back to us.

For every £1 you give to Breast Cancer Now, we get an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs.
So just tick the box below, it’s that simple! To qualify for Gift Aid, you must be a UK taxpayer and
what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next)
must be at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities and Community Amateur Sports
Clubs (CASCs) you donate to, will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year. Other taxes such as VAT
and council tax do not qualify. We can only claim Gift Aid if you give us your full home address,
