Kennedy$Fabricating’s$main$fabrication$facility$and$rig@up$yard$is$located$in$Splendora,$Texas.$$Its$location$
on$US$Interstate$69$allows$for$convenient$access$to$all$the$main$thoroughfares$in$the$Houston$area.$$Its$
location$just$north$of$town$offers$access$to$a$labor$force$outside$of$the$typical$reach$of$the$gulf$coast$

Kennedy$Fabricating$plans$to$allocate$at$least$25%$of$its$production$capabilities$for$the$(2)$modular$units$
for$an$extended$period$of$time.$$$
Further,$Kennedy$Fabricating$has$approximately$5,000$sq$ft$of$office$space$available$for$project$personnel$
required$to$be$on$site.$$This$administrative$office$space$is$modular$office$space$with$the$ability$to$expand$
as$needed.$$Kennedy$Fabricating$has$administrative$office$space$of$approximately$15,000$sq$ft$for$its$own$
use.$$Kennedy$Fabricating$has$utilized$temporary$modular$office$space$previously$and$has$had$up$to$
25,000$sq$ft$of$total$office$space$on$site.$
2.!!!!!Participant!shall!state!in!writing!the!works!it!is!currently!executing.!!
If!Participant!plans!to!simultaneously!develop!more!than!one!project!for!the!Requesting!Party!or!a!third!party,!
Participant!shall!describe!the!strategy!to!be!followed!to!ensure!availability!of!the!areas!and!infrastructure!in!the!
fabrication!yard,!so!as!to!ensure!execution!of!the!works!within!the!established!schedule.!
Kennedy$Fabricating’s$fabrication$facilities$currently$process$over$2,500,000$pounds$of$steel$on$a$monthly$
basis.$$Kennedy$Fabricating$has$the$infrastructure$in$place$to$expand$its$production$capacity$to$over$
3,000,000$pounds$of$steel$by$extending$shifts$and$adding$resources$to$the$night$shift.$$$
Kennedy$Fabricating$will$follow$its$typical$plan$for$breaking$down$a$job.$$That$is$breaking$a$particular$
module$up$into$assemblies$and$routing$it$to$the$groups$and$personnel$that$are$best$equipped$to$handle$
the$type$of$work.$$For$example,$by$streamlining$stairs$and$handrails$throughout$the$modular$rig,$it$makes$
for$such$components$to$be$fabricated$for$the$total$rig$in$an$efficient$assembly$line$method$utilizing$jigs$
and$other$efficient$methods$of$production.$$$
Kennedy$Fabricating$has$previously$fabricated$all$substructure$modules$for$two$previous$comparable$
modular$units$in$a$period$of$approximately$two$months.$$This$included$creating$a$3D$model$based$off$of$
concept$drawings$and$high$level$fab$drawings,$producing$complete$fabrication$drawings,$fabricating$
twelve$modules$weighing$approximately$80,000$lbs$each,$and$stacking/aligning$them$at$our$facility.$$This$
was$performed$in$an$efficient$manner$without$over$committing$shop$resources$to$the$one$project.$$$
