GROUP SIZE AND REBATE
For Groups Traveling on:
All Globus family of brands Escorted Tours
8 to 15 passengers……………One travels with half price land
16 to 23 passengers………… One travels with free land
24 to 31 passengers………… One travels with free land, one travels with half price land
32 to 39 passengers………… Two travel with free land
40 or more passengers……….Two travel with free land, one travels with half price land
For Groups Traveling on:
Tours with a cruise of 3 or more nights
8 to 15 passengers……………None
16 to 31 passengers…………..One travels with half price land
32 or more passengers……….One travels with free land
PLEASE NOTE:




The group rebate is based on the double occupancy rate of the base tour and does not include supplements or additional services.
The group rebate does not apply to internal air segments.
Travel agents and their companions who receive a discount do not count towards the number used to qualify for a group rebate.
Group rebates are not commissionable.
IMPORTANT: For sole-use groups of any type, this Policy only applies if payment is received for 35 or more named tour members. If a sole-use group falls
below 30 named tour members, the following rules apply:

25-29 passengers .......................................The group rebate does not apply. Each participant pays the full brochure price.

Less than 25 passengers........................... The tour must be run as a “custom tour” subject to the Custom Group Sales Policy.

 Some tours with limited space may require names and deposits sooner than the above time frames. We reserve the right to reclaim
unnamed space, sooner than the above time frames.
 Space is guaranteed upon receipt of name and full deposit
 Passenger documents are sent 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Document parties should be scheduled to occur within 2 weeks of departure.
 Applicable passenger document fees will be applied.

SPACE LIMITATIONS






Private, second and multiple coaches typically do not feature the hotels listed in the brochure. Alternate hotels provided are of equal or better
quality than the brochure hotels (based on amenities and ratings guides), and may be located in alternate cities.
- Groups may be accommodated on second coaches at 120 days prior to departure for load balancing
- Hotels are confirmed approximately 30 days prior to departure
- No reduction or compensation will be given
Single and triple accommodations exceeding 10 percent of the Groups’ passengers traveling must be requested
Single and triple accommodations – subject to availability
Triple accommodations are not available on cruises
Extra hotel nights are on a request-only basis
Some tours have space limitations that may restrict us from accommodating groups

64-22 days prior to departure…………….$ 20% of total price
21-8 days prior to departure………………$ 30% of total price

REVISION FEES
A penalty of $30 per change may be assessed for any change made to a land reservation within 65 days of departure

Tours including a cruise or train have higher cancellation fees. Contact a Group Travel Consultant for details.
Group bookings can be transferred to an alternate date and/or tour up to and including 90 days prior to departure. Any requests to transfer
the tour within 90 days will be treated as a cancellation and new bookings. Normal penalties apply.
Cancellation fees include pre and post nights.
Travel Protection and Travel Protection Plus premiums are non-refundable within 120 days prior to departure, unless the tour is cancelled
by the Operator.
Private coach and other deposit and cancellation charges may vary for Monograms and River Cruises. Please refer to applicable policies.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS FOR GROUP LEADERS
When 20 or more passengers in your group take an optional excursion together, the designated group leader may earn 1 free rebate for that
optional. To earn this benefit, your group leader must be identified as such to our office no later than 65 days prior to departure. Restriction
may apply on destinations and excursion not operated by the Globus family of brands.
YOUTH GROUPS
A youth group is any group in which 10 passengers or more than half the passengers are between the ages of 8 and 17. Youth groups must be
identified as such at the time of booking. There must be a minimum of 1 adult for every 9 youths. Youth groups with 10 or more youths are on
request and may require travel on a private coach. Sole-use policies apply. Youth groups do not qualify for child reductions. Additional forms
and documentation are required.
AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
My deposit certifies that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms specified in the Globus family of brands Group Land Policy, and if applicable Air
Policy, and the terms and conditions page in the current year tour brochure that describes this cruise/tour. The purchase of any travel services
offered by Globus, Cosmos, Monograms or Avalon Waterways constitutes a contractual arrangement between the client and Globus, Cosmos, Monograms
or Avalon Waterways and represents acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. I also certify that I have provided or will provide to each of my booked
passengers, a copy of the terms & conditions page at the time of booking.
