Hey fat cats, this is your governor with a bee's knees assignment!
WHAT TO DO!
You will be working in groups of 3 – 4 to create a commercial/advertisement for a new
product/technology from the 1920’s. These will be presented to the class. Be sure to
explain the original piece of media before re-enacting it. Use the slang provided in order
to really make the audience believe we are back in the 1920’s and that your product/
invention is “the bees knees”!
HOW LONG DOES IT HAVE TO BE?
Your commercial presentation must be 2-3 minutes in length. Use the terms below and
use the internet to find appropriate resources. Make sure it sounds like an advertisement.
