Grey Goose La Poire Fizz
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Grey Goose La Poire Vodka
0.5 oz. St. Germain
0.5 oz. lime juice
3 oz. club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Shake Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, St. Germain and lime juice with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass
and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Ketel One Spring Fling
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Ketel One Citroen Vodka
2 diced strawberries
2 diced cucumber slices
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz. Meyer lemon simple syrup
Club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle strawberries, cucumbers and lemon simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add Ketel One
Citroen and lemon juice and shake with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club
soda. Garnish with a strawberry and cucumber slice.
Belvedere Wild Berry Crush
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Belvedere Wild Berry Vodka
1 small lime
3 barspoons vanilla golden sugar
2 strawberries
5 blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle fruit with sugar; add Belvedere Wild Berry and crushed ice. Churn. Cap with crushed ice, 2
blueberries and a straw.
Hanger 1 Bay Bridge
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Hanger 1 Buddha’s Hand Citron Vodka
1oz. spicy ginger syrup
1 pinch cilantro
1 thin slice Fresno chili
1oz. lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice; strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a Fresno
chili.
Reyka Takk Tiki
INGREDIENTS:
1.75 oz. Reyka Vodka
1.5 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. vanilla almond milk
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.50 oz. orgeat
0.25 oz. falernum
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice; strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple
slice.
Stoli Blueberry Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Stoli Blueberry Vodka
3 oz. lemonade
4 blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
Pour all ingredients over crushed ice. Stir. Garnish with blueberries.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients with ice, double-strain, serve up, and garnish with a piece of melon and lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka
0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
2 celery stalks
1/3 cup cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker place cilantro and celery, and muddle well. Add remaining ingredients
and shake well. Double-strain into a rocks glass.
Finlandia Grapefruit Crush
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka
4 oz. grapefruit juice
Soda to top
DIRECTIONS:
Build all ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass. Stir, top with soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Bombay Sapphire Abbey
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. orange juice
Dash of orange bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Shake gin, Lillet, orange juice, and bitters with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Nolet's Silver Rose Gimlet
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Nolet's Silver Dry Gin
1 oz. fresh lemonade
0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish
with rose petals.
Boodles Salted Negroni
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Boodles Gin
0.75 oz. sweet vermouth
0.75 oz. bitter liqueur
1 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. club soda
Sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Quickly shake gin, vermouth, bitter liqueur, grapefruit juice, and small pinch of sea salt. Strain in Collins glass
over ice with 2 oz. club soda. Add another small pinch of sea salt and garnish with long grapefruit peel.
Hendrick's Forenoon Fizz
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
1 barspoon orange marmalade
0.5 oz. triple sec
1 oz. lemon juice
Champagne to top
DIRECTIONS:
Combine gin, marmalade, lemon, and triple sec in cocktail shaker. Stir to dissolve completely. Add ice and
shake briskly. Strain into a flute and top with champage. Garnish with triangle of toast.

1.5 oz. Langley's No. 8 Gin
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup

DIRECTIONS:
Pour gin, juice of lemon, simple syrup, and blackberry liqueur in cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into glass over
ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale. Garnish with a blackberry.

2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. maraschino liqueur

Bacardi Classic Mojito
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
Juice of 1 whole fresh lime
1 oz. simple syrup
10-12 fresh mint leaves
Club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup. Add crushed ice and Bacardi Superior. Top with club soda. Stir
from the bottom up. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.
Captain Morgan Rum Runner
INGREDIENTS:
0.75 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
0.50 oz. orange juice
0.50 oz. grenadine
0.25 oz. crème de banana
Orange slice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice; strain into hurricane glass. Garnish with an orange
slice.
Kraken Perfect Storm
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Kraken Black Spiced Rum
0.5 oz. lime juice
3 oz. Kraken Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients into a chilled mug filled with ice and serve. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Sailor Jerry Swizzle
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Sailor Jerry Rum
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Dusting of nutmeg
Fresh mint
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients and shell of the lime you just juiced into a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice and swizzle (stir)
until the glass frosts over. Garnish with a large sprig of mint and dusting of nutmeg.
Don Pancho El Presidente
INGREDIENTS:
1.75 oz. Don Pancho Origenes 8-Year Rum
1 oz. dry vermouth
0.75 oz. orange curaçao
0.25 oz. grenadine
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
Orange twist
DIRECTIONS:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add large, cold ice. Stir until very cold; strain and serve up in a
cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Leblon Forbidden Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Leblon Cachaca
0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
0.75 simple syrup
0.25 oz. passion fruit purée
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a
lime wheel.
Bacardi Gold Rum Rangoon
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Bacardi Gold Rum
0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. Clement Creole Shrubb
0.25 petite canne syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients with ice, double-strain, serve up, and garnish with an orange wedge.
Bacardi Queen’s Park Swizzle
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Bacardi 8
0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
0.5 oz. simple rich simple syrup
3 heavy dashes Angostura bitters
Fresh mint
DIRECTIONS:
Gently press mint into the bottom of glass; add crushed ice and all other ingredients except bitters. Use a
swizzle stick to combine ingredients. Cap with fresh crushed ice and top with bitters to create a layered
effect. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Herradura French Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Herradura Silver Tequila
0.5 oz. Chambord
0.25 oz. triple sec
1.5 oz. lime juice
1.5 oz. agave nectar
DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a salt-rimmed ice-filled martini or margarita glass. Garnish with
a lime wedge.
Cazadores Hot Cilantro Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Cazadores Reposado Tequila
8 cilantro leaves
3 jalapeno slices
2 oz. sour mix
0.5 oz. simple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain. Serve in an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Peligroso Tropical Storm
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Peligroso Silver Tequila
0.5 oz. Peligroso Cinnamon Tequila
0.5 oz. agave nectar
1 oz. grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. lime juice
Lime slice
DIRECTIONS:
Add first five ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a

Cuervo Especial Rickey
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila
0.25 oz. agave nectar
0.75 oz. lime juice
1 oz. club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a shaker with ice. Add all ingredients except club soda and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with
ice or with one large cube. Top with club soda.
Milagro Veracruzana
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Milagro Reposado Tequila
0.75 oz. agave nectar
1 oz. lime juice
4 pineapple chunks
2 basil leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle pineapple and basil. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with
fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and basil leaf.
Riazul Coco Loco
INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh coconut
1 oz. Riazul Blanco Tequila
1 oz. melon liqueur
1 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. sugar syrup
0.5 oz. lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
Make a tumbler out of the coconut by carefully slicing about 2 inches off the top of the coconut, keeping
the coconut milk inside. Place the ice, tequila, melon liqueur, rum, pineapple juice, and sugar syrup into the
cavity of the coconut. Squeeze the lime half over the mixture and drop the lime into the drink; stir.
Cazadores Key Lime Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Cazadores Blanco Tequila
1 oz. key lime juice
3/4 oz. egg white
0.5 oz. Torani vanilla syrup
0.5 oz. Tuaca Italian liqueur

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Corzo Reposado
0.5 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. lemon juice

Grapefruit juice to top
DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients with ice except grapefruit juice and strain. Serve in an ice-filled margarita glass. Top
with grapefruit juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Herradura Emerald Sea
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Herradura Silver Tequila
1.5 oz. aloe juice
0.5 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
1.5 oz. cucumber juice
Cayenne/salt rim
DIRECTIONS:
First, prepare the cayenne and salt rim. Pour cayenne powder and salt into a 1:2 ratio on saucer. Rim the
glass with agave nectar, lime juice or simple syrup and up end into cayenne salt mix. Place all ingredients
into Boston shaker. Fill old-fashioned glass with ice, being careful not to disturb the rim. Strain contents of
Boston shaker carefully. Garnish with cucumber disc.

Jack Daniel's Lynchburg Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. sweet and sour mix
4 oz. lemon-lime soda
DIRECTIONS:
Combine over ice in glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.
Woodford Reserve Perfect Manhattan
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Woodford Reserve Boubon
0.75 oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes of Woodford Reserve Spiced Cherry Bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Fill mixing glass with ingredients, add ice and stir gently for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
Angel's Envy Flashing Lights
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Angel's Envy Bourbon
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. bitter liqueur
0.5 oz. grapefruit juice
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Shake, double-strain and serve up in a coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Bulleit BLT
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
4 oz. tonic water
1 lemon wedge
DIRECTIONS:
Serve on the rocks in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Crown Royal Regal Apple Manhattan
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple

Tullamore Dew Barmbrack Sour
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Tullamore Dew Original
1 barspoon apricot jam
Fresh lemon juice
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 egg white
Pinch of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake hard. Then add ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a
coupe glass and garnish with crushed toasted pecans and a light dusting of nutmeg.
Michter's Black Manhattan
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Michter's US*1 Bourbon
0.75 oz. Foro Amaro
Bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Fill mixing glass with ingredients, add ice and stir gently for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
Old Forester New-Fashioned
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Old Forester Bourbon
1 Tbs. simple syrup
5 dashes of peach bitters
1 peeled apple slice
Pinch of cinnamon
Club soda
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle the simple syrup, peach bitters, apple slice, and cinnamon in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
Add the Old Forester, ice and splash of club soda. Stir to combine.
Gentleman's Agreement
INGREDIENTS:
1.25 oz. Gentleman Jack Daniel's Whiskey
0.5 oz. orange curacao
0.25 oz. dry vermouth
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
Woodford Reserve Lion's Tail
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Woodford Reserve
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
0.5 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Orange peel
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice to shaker tin and shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into cocktail
glass. Garnish with a lightly expressed orange peel for aromatics.

Dewar's Highlander’s Kilt
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Dewar's 12 Year
1 oz. Drambuie Liqueur
1 oz. lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Shake over ice and serve neat. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Johnnie Walker Red Gold
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch
0.25 oz. Lillet Blanc
0.25 oz. ginger liqueur
DIRECTIONS:
Stir, strain and serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
Monkey Shoulder Mojito
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Monkey Shoulder Scotch
0.5 oz. lime juice
0.25 oz. simple syrup
Dash of bitters
Ginger ale
Mint leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a glass except ginger ale. Muddle well. Add crushed ice and stir. Top with ginger ale
and garnish with 3 mint leaves and a lime wedge.
Dewar's Berried Bee
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Dewar's Highlander Honey
0.5 oz. Chambord
0.5 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. agave nectar
Muddled blackberries
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle the blackberries and agave nectar. Add in the Dewar's, Chambord and lime juice. Shake and strain
into a cocktail glass filled with new ice. Top with club soda.
Dewar's 12 New York Sour
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Dewar's 12-Year Scotch
1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. of white caster sugar
1 egg white or dash of Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously to achieve a foamy texture,
then strain into a sour glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters or egg whites.

Southern Comfort Sidecar
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Southern Comfort
0.5 oz. orange curacao
2 oz. fresh lemon sour
DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Chambord Kir Royale
INGREDIENTS:
0.25 Chambord
Champagne
DIRECTIONS:
Add the Chambord to a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a raspberry and lemon twist.
St. Germain Shandy
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. St. Germain
Pilsner beer
Lemon wedges
DIRECTIONS:
Add St. Germain to a chilled beer glass. Fill with a premium pilsner beer. Squeeze lemon wedges and drop
in.
Bailey's Chocotini
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Bailey's Original Irish Cream
0.25 oz. Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
0.25 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Bailey's, vodka and chocolate liqueur with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini
glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach Bellini
0.25 Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
Champagne
DIRECTIONS:
Add the Grand Marnier to a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a raspberry.
Ancho Reyes Paloma
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
3 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. club soda
Squeeze of lime
DIRECTIONS:
Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of the glass and salt half the rim. Add ice, Ancho Reyes, grapefruit juice,
and club soda. Squeeze a lime over the top and discard. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
D'Usse Blackberry Smash
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. D'Usse VSOP Cognac
0.5 oz. St. Germain
Blackberries
Ginger liquor
1oz. honey
1oz. lemon juice
Splash of soda
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle the blackberries, ginger liquor and honey; add in the D’Usse, St Germain and fresh lemon juice.
Shake. Top with club soda.
