The guidelines assess how well an entity’s budget serves as a policy document; a financial plan; an operations guide; and a communications device. Citizens, businesses and property owners have the ease of using their smartphones to report potholes, graffiti, damaged street signs, code violations, sidewalk issues and other related problems. Once an issue is reported, it is automatically forwarded to the appropriate City Department.
