Could you please tell me how long the Staples bid runs.
10A) Please refer to section 1.3 Term of Purchase Order in the ITB document:
The agreement between Sunland and the vendor will be effective May 7, 2013.
A blanket purchase order will be established to the successful vendor through
the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system. The State of Florida Comptroller will
issue payment. This agreement is effective for four (4) months with the option to
renew up to four (4) months but not exceeding one year. Renewal of the
agreement shall be in writing and shall be subject to the same terms and
conditions set forth in the original contract.

13Q) Am I already registered because I already do business with Sunland or do I
have to register and if so do I have to do this today as well.
13A) All vendors must be registered with the State of Florida. Please contact the
MFMP Customer Service Desk at 1-866-352-3776 for this information.

I am assuming this bid will be bid on line if this is correct is there anything that I
need to be sure that is filled out other then the bid that needs to also be
submitted along with the bid.
14A) No, this bid is not being completed online using MFMP Sourcing. Please refer
to the ITB document Section 5 – Instructions to Vendors for Bid Submittal.
