ASSESSOR/CODES
MONTHLY REPORT
February 2017
CODE ENFORCEMENT
A copy of the monthly report for permit activity is on file in the Town Clerk’s office.
I will attend the yearly Codes Training Conference in Lake Placid, March 5th to March 9th, this will cover
the mandated ICC code training required this year for all NYS Code Officers. The office is closed while I
attend the training. Thank You to Mitch, Frank, Brad and Ed for getting my Codes office floor painted
while I am gone.
ASSESSOR
I have not received the estimated LOA and RAR ratios from John Stacks and the Office of Real Property
for Town of Inlet yet.
There are very few changes to the Assessment roll this year other than new construction, remodels,
additions or parcels that the State Appraisals came in with a significate difference in value. New York
State owned land values remain the same as 2016 in the preliminary report.
Respectfully submitted,
Aimee VanWie
