Rodan + Fields® Communications Corner How-To Guide
Step 1: Log in to Pulse
To access Communications Corner, simply log in to Pulse, stay on the DASHBOARD tab and click on the
COMMS CORNER icon.
Step 2: Select Your Template
Once you’ve opened Communications Corner, select your template. You can look through featured
invitations on the homepage or click through the different categories or design templates in the left
navigation bar. If you know the name of the template you are looking for, you can enter it in the search
bar.
Step 3: Customize Your Invitation
Once you’ve selected your template, customize it with your event details and contact information.
Make sure to fill out
all required fields. If
you would like to add
an image, click
“Choose Image.” If you
do not want to add an
image, skip that step.
Click “NEXT’ when all
fields are complete.
Step 4: View Your Customized Invitation and Share It
On this screen, you can view your customized invitation and share it.
Spread the word about your event by clicking on any of the icons. Click:
Download and Save
Download a jpeg of your invitation to your computer. You can e-mail the jpeg, text it, print it out or even
send it to a professional printer.
Share on Facebook
Things to know about sharing on Facebook:


If you don’t currently have Facebook open on your computer when you click this, you will be
prompted to log in to Facebook.
The first time you share to Facebook, you will be prompted to approve sharing your profile,
friend list, photos and your friends’ photos. Click “Okay.”

You also need to decide who you would like to receive your flyer. Pick the
appropriate groups in the drop down menu in the left navigation bar and click
“Okay.

Once you have posted your flyer on Facebook, you will receive this automated
confirmation on Communications Corner.

To confirm that your flyer has been posted, go to your Facebook Profile page and
review your flyer.
Share on Twitter
Things to know about sharing on Twitter:


If you don’t currently have Twitter open on your computer when you click this, you
will be prompted to log in to Twitter.
The first time you share on Twitter, you will be prompted to authorize the app.
Enter your Username or E-mail and click “Authorize app” button.

Once your flyer is posted on Twitter, you will receive this automated
confirmation on Communications Corner:

To confirm your flyer has been posted on Twitter, go to your Twitter news feed
and check your post.
Once you’ve finished with your flyer, you can click “PREV” to go back a step and change any information
or “CREATE ANOTHER INVITATION” to make a new one. Have fun!
